Over the past year, I have loved my job, been strict with myself, put my work in the right position, and with the care and support of my leaders and the help of my colleagues, I have always studied diligently, made positive progress, strived to improve myself, worked diligently, earnestly completed my tasks and performed my duties well. I have performed well in all aspects and have been affirmed by the leaders and the masses. The research and work in the past year are summarized as follows:

First, be strict with yourself, consciously strengthen party spirit cultivation and improve political and ideological consciousness.

Over the past year, I have conscientiously implemented the party's line, principles and policies, worked actively, diligently, not afraid of difficulties, fulfilled my duties, and worked hard, and made contributions to my ordinary work. Strengthen theoretical and professional study, and constantly improve their comprehensive quality. I lack work experience. Only by constantly strengthening my study and accumulating and enriching myself can I exercise my ability to serve the people. Over the past year, I have been working and studying, and constantly improve my overall quality. Is to seriously study the "Theory of Three Represents" theory, profoundly understand its scientific connotation, and seriously study the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the public security meeting. Seriously and systematically studied the party's basic knowledge and various theoretical works, further consolidated the theoretical foundation and improved the party spirit familiarity and ideological and moral quality.

Second, study business knowledge seriously and always keep an open mind and eager to learn business knowledge.

Over the past year, under the leadership of the director, I visited various households, participated in various meetings such as residents' representative meetings and symposiums, and directly contacted the masses, truly reaching out to the masses. I usually read more books, ask more questions, think more, take the initiative to ask questions to leaders and the masses, and government study meetings and various work meetings are all good opportunities for me to study.

Third, the existing problems

Looking back on one year's work and study, I checked my own problems and found the following problems:

First, study is not enough. At present, the public security science and technology based on information technology is developing rapidly, and new situations and problems are emerging one after another, and new knowledge and science are constantly coming out. In the face of severe challenges, lack of sense of urgency and consciousness in learning will not be able to adapt to the new requirements.

Second, when the work pressure is high, there is a fear of difficulties. This is the improvement of my political quality, and it is also the poor solution of my world outlook, outlook on life and values.

Admittedly, I have gained and lost in my work for one year, but I believe that as long as I find out my own gaps and shortcomings, with the care of my leaders and the help of my comrades, I will be able to creatively carry out public security law enforcement, effectively improve the efficiency of administrative law enforcement, and truly become a qualified party member who facilitates the people and ensures the people to live and work in peace.
