Recommended courses must be undergraduate courses that have been included in the talent training plan and achieved substantial reform results. Colleges and universities are encouraged to apply for high-level courses such as new engineering, new medicine, new agricultural science and new liberal arts, which reflect interdisciplinary, interdisciplinary and integration of production and education, as well as high-quality cultural quality courses with distinct advantages and wide benefits. The declared course must have distinctive characteristics and good teaching effect in similar courses, and promise to continue to improve after being selected.

1. online first-class undergraduate course: as of may 3, 2022, it is a full-time undergraduate-level large-scale online open course that is open to universities and social learners on the national open course platform and has completed teaching activities for at least 2 semesters or 2 teaching cycles (in principle, each cycle is not less than 6 weeks, the same below).

2. First-class offline courses. By May 3, 20221day, it should be completed in at least two semesters or two teaching cycles. Mainly refers to face-to-face courses, focusing on improving students' comprehensive ability, reshaping course content, innovating teaching methods, strengthening classroom design, enhancing classroom interaction, enhancing the challenge of course learning, revitalizing classroom vitality, and giving full play to the role of classroom teaching as the main position, main channel and main battlefield. It is recommended that teachers with high academic level and great influence declare.

3. First-class courses mixed online and offline. By May 3, 20221day, it should be completed in at least two semesters or two teaching cycles. Mainly refers to the massive open online courses, exclusive online courses (SPOC) or other online courses, using appropriate digital teaching tools, combined with the actual situation, to reform the on-campus courses, arrange 20%-50% of the teaching time to implement students' online autonomous learning, organically combine with offline teaching to carry out flip classroom and mixed teaching, and create a mixed "golden classroom" integrating online courses and classroom teaching. On the basis of applying national and provincial network first-class courses, we vigorously advocate the application of online and offline mixed quality courses.

For offline courses and online-offline mixed courses that are changed to online teaching due to the COVID-19 epidemic, if they conform to the design concept of teaching reform and achieve the expected results, the hours of online teaching can be included in the teaching cycle.

4. First-class social practice courses. By May 3, 20221day, it should be completed in at least two semesters or two teaching cycles. Through activities such as "Young People's Red Dream Tour", "internet plus" College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and social practice of ideological and political theory courses, we will build a first-class course in social practice and earnestly strengthen practical education. The course should be a non-internship and practical training course included in the talent training plan, and the social practice hours account for more than 70% of the total course hours. Equipped with theoretical guidance teachers and a stable off-campus social practice teaching base, it can ensure the standardization and sustainable development of social practice courses. It is suggested to declare qualified courses and courses that have been approved as school-level social practice courses.

(b) 2,022 provincial first-class undergraduate internationalization courses.

Must meet the requirements of online, offline, online and offline mixed courses and the requirements of provincial first-class curriculum construction. By May 3, 2022, the teaching implementation of at least 1 teaching cycle has been completed, and substantial reform results have been achieved, with distinctive features and good teaching effect among similar courses (offline courses and online-offline mixed courses that are changed to online teaching due to the impact of COVID-19 epidemic can be included in the teaching cycle if they conform to the design concept of teaching reform and achieve the expected results); At the same time, we should also highlight the characteristics of international courses and must teach them to (or include) foreign students. The course has been included in the undergraduate professional training plan for foreign students, and the teaching language must be all foreign languages except Chinese and national education courses. Emphasis is placed on recommending undergraduate courses with superior disciplines and network teaching foundation. The number of recommended courses for non-foreign languages accounts for no more than 15% of the total number of international first-class undergraduate courses. Enlightenment education, national education, China law education and other related courses with characteristics are encouraged to declare.

(3) The first batch of provincial first-class undergraduate labor education (teaching team)

Recommended courses must be included in the talent training plan and set up credits in ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities. The recommended types are mainly social practice offline, online and offline mixed, and first-class undergraduate. By May 3, 2022, Kloc-0/,it must go through at least two semesters or two teaching cycles of construction and improvement, and achieve substantial reform results, with distinctive features in similar courses and good teaching results. The curriculum of labor education should reflect the times and practicality. Priority is given to recommending the compulsory course of practical and experiential labor education combined with Marxist labor view education and innovation and entrepreneurship education. Encourage schools to apply for courses focusing on cultivating creative labor ability, strengthen close cooperation with industry backbone enterprises, high-tech enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, deepen the integration of production and education, attach importance to the application of new knowledge, new technologies, new processes and new methods, and improve the ability to creatively solve practical problems. Encourage high-quality projects related to the "internet plus" College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the Rural Revitalization Creative Competition to be transformed into high-level labor education courses.

Second, the recommended conditions

Provincial first-class undergraduate non-international courses in 2022: the person in charge of the declared courses must be a teacher officially employed by the school, and the person in charge and the main members of the team each have a provincial first-class undergraduate course 1 door every year.

2022 provincial-level undergraduate internationalization course: the person in charge of applying for the course must be a teacher or administrator in preparation, and have at least 2 years of experience in the education or management of foreign students at the undergraduate level in the past 5 years. Each person in charge of the course applies for 1 international courses every year, and the main members of the course team can participate in applying for up to 2 courses (including no more than 1 non-international courses). The team headed by foreign teachers must include Mr. China.

The first batch of first-level undergraduate courses of provincial labor education (teaching team): the person in charge of applying for the course must be a teacher formally employed by the college, and each person applies for 1 labor education course every year. The main members of the course group can apply for up to 2 courses (including no more than 1 non-labor education courses).

Third, the declaration work

(A) project methods and quota allocation

All secondary colleges (departments) are requested to seriously standardize the organization, recommendation, evaluation and publicity work according to the actual situation of college curriculum construction and the proportion of provincial curriculum construction. Please refer to the quota allocation table for the declared amount of each course (see Annex 8). The categories with quotas above 2 (inclusive) shall be reported in order, and all categories shall not be reported in excess.

The academic affairs office and other departments review the recommended courses of secondary colleges (departments), organize experts to classify and review the recommended courses, and recommend them to the education department according to the number of places.

(2) Requirements and treatment of course completion

1. A first-class course that has been approved by the provincial level but has not been accepted by the school, the construction period is generally 2 years. After the completion of the course construction, it is necessary to apply for the topic conclusion, meeting the following acceptance conditions: ① passing the school-level high-quality classroom evaluation; (2) publishing papers 1 article or above in educational reform journals (or publishing teaching materials 1 article); ③ Online and offline mixed teaching should be carried out in all kinds of courses, and no less than two rounds of teaching practice should be carried out in classroom teaching and good results have been achieved; (4) the last open class.

2. For the courses recognized at the provincial level, the course quality coefficient is1.5; Courses that have passed the school acceptance or been recognized as national first-class courses at the expiration of the construction period have a course quality coefficient of 2.0, with an annual construction fund of 3,000 yuan and a validity period of 3 years; The recognized first-class courses at or above the provincial level shall be implemented with reference. After more than 3 years, you need to reapply for evaluation, and you can enjoy the first-class course results and the treatment of construction funds through evaluation.

3. The courses that are recognized as the courses at or above the provincial level shall be treated equally with the research projects in the evaluation of the titles of teaching professors and associate professors, and shall be tilted under the same conditions in various evaluation awards.

4. The unqualified projects shall be rectified within a time limit and accepted again after half a year. If it is still unqualified, the project construction qualification shall be revoked and the corresponding construction funds shall be recovered. In principle, the person in charge of the cancelled project shall not apply for the teaching, scientific research and construction projects of the school within 3 years, and the project indicators of the college shall be reduced.

(3) Time and method of declaration

All secondary colleges (departments) are requested to summarize the application materials, and before June 15, the paper versions of the declaration of provincial first-class undergraduate majors (Annex 3), the declaration of international courses of provincial first-class undergraduate majors (Annex 4) and the declaration of provincial first-class undergraduate majors of labor education (teaching team) (Annex 5) shall be sealed and signed by the college.
