We can often hear and see our words and deeds from children's language and behavior. Think about my usual teaching. When my students have problems, I mostly find fault with the children. I often only criticize and educate students, seldom really analyze the root of the problem, give them real concern, and never talk to students. We often appear in front of children as educators, but we neglect to let ourselves continue to receive education. This book taught me that when I encounter difficulties, I should look for reasons from myself. When students are not attentive, active or absent from class, they should not just criticize severely, but should think about whether their classroom teaching design is too simple and lacks passion to stimulate students' interest in learning.
