Hospital diagnosis certificate

Students who drop out of school due to injury must be diagnosed by the hospital designated by the college when applying for resumption of school, and send the recovery certificate and the Approval Form for Resumption of School to the school hospital for review and signing opinions. Only after passing the examination by the college can you resume your studies.

Notice of reinstatement

Those who fail to go to the hospital in time for resumption of school after the expiration of the suspension period will automatically drop out of school. After the school has passed the examination, it will be reported to the school registration department through the electronic student status system for registration.
