Over the past few years, under the care and guidance of the party and government leaders at higher levels, and with the support and help of all the cadres and workers in the automobile team, I have closely focused on the overall situation of production and construction, taking "obeying the leadership, uniting with comrades, studying hard and struggling hard" as the working principle, always adhering to high standards and strict requirements, and constantly enhancing my work consciousness and initiative. While earnestly completing the tasks assigned by the leaders, my political literacy, professional level and comprehensive ability have also been greatly improved.

First, strengthen ideological study and constantly improve their own quality. "Strike while the iron is hot." In the past few years, I have taken persistent study as a key measure to improve my quality. In life, I can be strict with myself by maintaining the advanced standard of * * * *, pay attention to small things, standardize daily words and deeds, and correct my thinking and understanding; In our work, we never abuse power for personal gain and act arbitrarily, but always carry forward democracy, collective research and prudent decision-making, which not only further enhances our sense of honesty and self-discipline, but also strengthens our ideals and beliefs and makes our working ideas clearer. I won't wait and rely on my work. I take the initiative to do a good job in vehicle safety management and employee safety education. Facing the current situation and situation of our mine, I am confident and not pessimistic, and actively take measures to vigorously carry out the work of repairing the old, utilizing the waste and standardizing the safety and quality.

Second, I can adapt to the pace of the times in concept, keep in line with the Party Committee of the Mine, have an innovative sense of safety management in my work, do not follow the script in my work, have something to discuss with the team members, fully carry forward democracy, do not act arbitrarily, know my responsibilities and obligations, know who I am and who I work for, firmly establish the sense of purpose of leading cadres in party member, have a harmonious relationship with colleagues, and work honestly.

Third, fully carry forward the fine tradition of hard work and simplicity in work style, re-plan in safety management, timely implement the instructions of superiors and the spirit of the meeting, go through no formalities in safety education and safety inspection, find hidden dangers and rectify them in time to prevent them before they happen, and ensure the safety of vehicle transportation. I go out early and come back late every day. I wait for the last car to come back to the team every day. After the investigation of vehicle safety hazards, I went home from work. When I get home, I will consider the work arrangement for the next day. I am not afraid of trouble at work, muddle along and don't worry about my weight.

Fourth, the responsibility is to do one's duty and do one's job well. As our team is located in the Institute of Property Management, it is far from the mine team. Therefore, I always take serving the safety of production and construction and promoting all work as the center. On the premise of fully ensuring the work needs of all departments and units, I strengthened the dispatching and command function, rationally balanced and coordinated all kinds of official vehicles, maximized the utilization rate of vehicles, and promoted the healthy and orderly development of the work. As a grass-roots management cadre, if you want to achieve the effect of prohibition in your work, you must match words with deeds and set an example. In practical work, I not only look at problems from the perspective of managers and decide measures, but more importantly, I put myself at the same height and position as other comrades, and put myself in the position of solving problems and creating conditions for employees in the unit. Over the past year, I have spent almost all my energy and time on my work. I have mastered the running state, safety performance, management and scheduling of each vehicle in detail, paid attention to it everywhere, urged it in time when it was time for maintenance, predicted the possible safety hazards in advance, realized safe driving and improved the running quality.

Five, combined with the actual ability, comprehensively strengthen team building. In order to continuously improve the work efficiency and service quality of official vehicles and create favorable conditions for the normal development of all work, first of all, I use various occasions and opportunities to publicize the excellent situation of production and construction to all employees of our unit, do a good job in ideological and political work for one person and one thing, guide everyone to unify their thinking, enhance their service awareness, know the overall situation and position themselves with the vision of reform and development; Secondly, according to China's "Regulations on the Management of Official Cars", combined with the new situations and problems encountered in actual operation, actively communicate with team leaders and departments, constantly improve and improve internal management measures, conscientiously implement and strictly perform them, and ensure that all work has rules to follow and evidence to follow; In addition, we often hold experience exchange meetings with drivers in our spare time to exchange practical experience in vehicle driving and maintenance, which not only enhances the unity and cooperation among colleagues, but also promotes the improvement of the business level of all members.

6. I have never neglected the work arranged by my superiors in the execution. I have done, arranged, planned, implemented, checked and responded to all the work, and there is no phenomenon of arranging work in a mere formality.

Existing problems:

I think there are three main points: first, my work initiative is still not enough, and I have not met the expectations of the leaders; Second, the dynamic grasp of the driver's thoughts is inaccurate and untimely, and the work is still not in place and incomplete; Third, the work is not persistent. Tired from work, I also want to relax.

Fourth, the direction of future efforts.

First, we should not only focus on the overall situation of the work, but also seriously deal with the hot and difficult issues in the work, turn pressure into motivation and actively carry out the work.
