Centennial College, also known as Mingde College of the University of Hong Kong, is a post-secondary college with independent bachelor's degree awarding qualification recognized by Hong Kong, located in Huafu Village, Hong Kong. In 20 12, the School of Professional Continuing Education of the University of Hong Kong was funded and established as a self-financing tertiary institution. Mingde College is the second tertiary institution in Hong Kong to implement liberal arts education after Lingnan University.
