The school was founded in 1957, formerly known as WISCO Jingxiang Primary School, and later renamed WISCO Daye Iron Mine Third Children Primary School. In August 2003, three primary schools in Daye Iron Mine were merged into one primary school in Daye Iron Mine, and two campuses were reserved. The third primary school is the south campus, which is formed by the merger of the original third primary school and vocational high school.
