Professor Guo Xiuyan from the School of Psychology and Cognitive Science and Professor Gu Xiaoqing from the Department of Educational Information Technology from the Ministry of Education gave keynote speeches on "Enlightenment of the study of human cognitive laws on education" and "Artificial intelligence and educational innovation-the perspective of learning science" respectively.
Members of the school leadership team exchanged views on the content and theme of the special study. How to narrow rather than widen the gap between different regions and different people through the scientific research function of colleges and universities in the information technology era? In the future when artificial intelligence is gradually popularized, how to warm, rather than cool, the relationship between people through the social service function of colleges and universities? After bidding farewell to material poverty, how to inherit and innovate through cultural inheritance in colleges and universities will not only give people material strength, but also give people spiritual strength? Tong hopes to better answer these questions in thought and action through the educational activities with the theme of "Do not forget your initiative mind, Remember Mission".
Qian Xuhong, president of our school and deputy secretary of the Party Committee, pointed out that learning without standard answers should be achieved through artificial intelligence. He pointed out that the application of artificial intelligence in education should be to make it better serve education, not to become a teacher's tool and assistant, not to obliterate students' creativity. Only creativity can promote the progress of a nation and society. Qian Xuhong believes that we must rely on the educational information technology and educational research strength of China Normal University to promote the innovation of educational informatization in basic concepts. In the era of knowledge economy and globalization, wisdom education is not to strengthen education with technology, but to provide more answers that can stimulate inspiration and creativity, realize interdisciplinary training, and make students more personalized and exploratory. Qian Xuhong believes that under the background of artificial intelligence, knowledge is updated quickly, and learners are also knowledge creators.
