The municipal human resources and social security department is responsible for the management of private technical colleges and private vocational training institutions, and further improve the social security system for teachers in private schools. City planning, civil affairs, industry and commerce, education, human resources and social security departments in accordance with their respective responsibilities, responsible for the registration of private schools and their branches.
