To guide the party building, ideological and political work, propaganda and United front work, maintaining stability, moral education, physical education, health art education and national defense education in schools at all levels in the county; Responsible for the safety supervision and management of schools at all levels; Responsible for the work of intellectuals and veteran cadres in the education system, as well as trade unions, the Communist Youth League, women and family planning.
