Detailed rules for granting credits for continuing education of licensed pharmacists
(1) Credits for continuing education of licensed pharmacists

Credits for continuing education of licensed pharmacists refer to credits that have been approved and confirmed through the following learning activities:

1. Take part in the compulsory and elective contents of continuing education for licensed pharmacists; The teaching institution shall confirm, register and stamp on the Registration Certificate for Continuing Education of Licensed Pharmacists.

2. Full-time professional study and professional degree courses for more than one month; Proof of the learning evaluation results of the current year must be submitted.

3. Attend academic conferences, special reports, study tours abroad, publish papers, train, lecture, publish works, research work plans, summary reports, research or study reports, and read professional journals. The original paper and relevant certificates must be submitted.

4. Obtain scientific research achievement award or national patent; A copy of the achievement or patent certificate and the unit's certificate about my participation in the work must be submitted.

5. Formulation of national licensed pharmacist qualification standard, examination proposition, selection and evaluation of continuing education content; Certificates from the Licensed Pharmacists Certification Center of the State Food and Drug Administration of the United States and the Licensed Pharmacists Association of China shall be submitted.

6. Business learning organized by the unit; The business study certificate of the company organization must be submitted.

7 other forms of education and training activities recognized by the food and drug supervision and administration departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.

The above 2-7 items are confirmed, registered and sealed by the personnel and education departments of the food and drug supervision and administration departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government or the institutions entrusted by the provincial food and drug supervision and administration departments.

(2) Credit verification

Credits are mainly approved according to the training content and hours, and the calculation method of credits is generally 1 credit for students every 3 hours and 1 credit for speakers every 1 hour.

The calculation method of the credits in the second paragraph of Article 1 is generally that participants get 1 credit every 8 hours and speakers get 1 credit every 1 hour.
