Financial pressure
Most private schools are newly built and should be established and operated. At present, the government's funds seem to be insufficient. Financial channels may be the way out. However, due to the restrictions of the Guarantee Law and other policies, it is difficult for private schools to obtain loans like public schools. Capital has become the biggest bottleneck of development.
Teacher problem
Teachers in private schools and public schools enjoy the same legal status, but in reality, their treatment is quite different. There is a big gap between enterprise insurance and enterprise insurance. This has seriously affected the construction of teachers in private schools and hindered the healthy development of private education. We call on the government to truly implement the Law on the Promotion of Private Education and its related regulations, so that teachers in private schools can enjoy the same treatment as teachers in public schools.
