Report on the 11th Five-Year Plan funded project of Beijing Academy of Educational Sciences "Implementing Three Major Education as a Whole and Carrying out Practical Research on Rural Community Education".
Dear leaders and experts of Academy of Educational Sciences, leaders of District Education Committee:
Good afternoon everyone! Welcome to our district to guide the work.
Entrusted by the research group, I would like to report to the leaders and experts on the previous stage of the project of "coordinating the implementation of three educations and carrying out practical research on rural community education" entrusted by Beijing Academy of Educational Sciences.
This topic is a commissioned research topic that Mentougou Education Association and Mentougou Teacher Training School apply to Beijing Academy of Educational Sciences for approval. Since the topic was started on June 25, 2007, it has received cordial care from the leaders of the Academy of Educational Sciences and strong support from leaders at all levels in Mentougou District. With the joint efforts of the members of the research group, the research of the subject is progressing smoothly. According to the research plan, the mid-term report of the subject research here today has two main purposes: one is to report the progress of the previous stage and the achievements we have made to the leaders and experts, and the other is to report our previous stage.
Next, I will first report on the work done by the research team.
I. Work that has been carried out
(A) the preliminary basic research work
The project took three years to complete, and the members of the research group were distributed in more than a dozen township sub-district offices in the whole region. The preliminary basic work must be done well as a whole.
1. In order to facilitate contact and communication, the research group established a special public mailbox and QQ group to exchange information in time;
2. In order to make the project funds special, meet the requirements of financial management, and ensure that the project is completed on time with good quality and quantity, the method for using the project funds is formulated;
3. In order to facilitate the development and further research of this topic, the members of the research group are required to collect and sort out research materials, including training materials, pictures, training handouts, courseware, video materials, etc., which is the working system we have always adhered to;
4. In the face of the research in the past three years, entrust someone to do the memorabilia of the research group, so that all the work can be recorded and summarized easily.
(2) Organizing research method training and preliminary basic data research.
20xx 1 1.7 and 1.9, we conducted two intensive trainings for the members of the research group, one was "Ideas and tasks of this study" by Li Siping, and the other was "Investigation methods and data collection of this study".
After that, we designed three sets of questionnaires, using the methods of comprehensive survey and sampling survey. This special education session lasted nearly 60 days in 4 streets of 9 towns from June 28th, 2007 to June 25th, 2008, and investigated the basic situation of villagers, natural villages and towns, involving the basic situation of villagers. A total of 3540 questionnaires were distributed and 3340 questionnaires were collected. This sampling covers 1 and 2 1 administrative villages in six towns in the whole region, with a coverage rate of 65%.
After sorting out, counting and analyzing all the data, four research reports, countermeasures and suggestions were formed, and the research schemes of the four sub-topics were revised.
Sub-topic research scheme:
1. Coordinate the three religions to develop rural tourism service training research.
2. Implement the "three religions as a whole" and carry out research on agricultural technology training.
3. Coordinate the three religions and carry out training and research suitable for urbanization;
4. Coordinate the three religions to carry out rural academic education research.
Research report:
1. general report: a basic analysis of rural education and related problems in six towns of Mentougou
2. Analysis of farmers' household income and employment status.
3. Investigation on the present situation and demand of rural labor education and training in Mentougou District
4. Thoughts on the Utilization of Rural Learning Resources in Mentougou District
Finally, the "countermeasures and suggestions" of this topic are formed.
(three) to guide the implementation of training, timely understand all kinds of training information, collect and sort out training materials.
On April 10, 2008, the District Education Committee held a rural education work conference attended by the heads of towns, directors of cultural and educational offices and education experts. At the meeting, Deputy Director Wang Dongsheng introduced the purpose and significance of this survey, and coordinated and communicated with the towns to support this work. Li Siping, secretary of the project and director of the Vocational Education Department, reported the progress of the project and the next work arrangement at the meeting. This coordination meeting laid an important foundation for the effective implementation of the project training stage and the smooth development of the project research.
In the next six months, township education cadres actively organized various training activities and coordinated various townships.
Other departments have also carried out various training activities. The research team also organized relevant personnel to go to the countryside for research in time to understand and guide the training work at any time.
1. According to preliminary investigation and statistics, in the first half of this year alone, 9 towns carried out 163 training, with 30,000 person-times, and 925 people with technical secondary school education or above.
2. The members of the research team went to villages and towns for dozens of times to understand the training situation, among which, on August 19-20 and September 1 1 day, the research team concentrated on the investigation of Yanchi, Qingshui, Zhaitang and Tantuo Temple: the main contents of the investigation were two: one was the overall implementation of the three religions; The second is the progress of various trainings.
(four) analysis of the training situation, and actively prepare the interim report.
According to the research progress and work needs, the research group began to prepare the interim report on August 14.
Many seminars, information exchange meetings and work research meetings were held. The main responsible department of the project research-the Admission Teaching and Research Section has identified specific contacts for each subproject, and is responsible for collecting and sorting out relevant information and writing the interim report of the subproject. On September 23, the research group and the relevant personnel of the district education institute made detailed arrangements for the interim report; 1October 5 10 during the national day, the research group discussed the materials of the interim report. When calling for instructions on the eve of National Day, the Dean reported the schedule halfway, and contacted the Dean again after the holiday to finalize today's activities. Here, on behalf of the research group, I sincerely thank all the leaders and experts for coming to Mentougou to guide the work.
Second, the next step plan
Project investigation is a very difficult thing for the grassroots in districts and counties. There are many shortcomings in both theory and method. Although we have done our best, it is definitely far from the requirements of experts, so we sincerely hope to get pertinent criticism from leaders and experts. Let me briefly report on our next plan.
(A) to further deepen the research content
In the previous stage, the focus of the town's economic development was mainly combined with the method of empirical research, until the town and village carried out targeted project training and summarized the successful experience of farmers' education and training. Next, we plan to carry out further research around the pertinence, effectiveness and universality of the project results and rural education and training experience.
1. Through comparative analysis, the changes of farmers' quality, rural appearance and agricultural economy before and after training are compared and studied, so as to further sum up experiences and lessons and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of education and training.
2. Further explore the educational resources in mountainous areas, through the development and integration of various regions within the jurisdiction and in a wider scope.
All kinds of educational resources, in accordance with the requirements of production development, affluent life, civilized rural customs, clean village appearance and democratic management, carry out a variety of training activities to comprehensively improve the quality of rural workers.
(b) Finally, form experiences and achievements that can be popularized and exchanged.

In the research work of this project for more than half a year, we have achieved some phased research results and accumulated some experimental experience. At the same time, we are also constantly rethinking in the process of research. Now I will make a mid-term summary of my school-based project research work:
First, the progress of our research group.
Looking back on our history, our research work can be roughly divided into three stages. These three stages are: ① Project preparation stage: focusing on personal theoretical research, setting up a research group, perfecting the organization of project research, and brewing implementation plans and related measures. ② Project implementation stage: After a period of preparation, we entered the implementation stage of project research, and the research group carried out various forms, levels, aspects and contents of teaching theory and practice research. (3) Summary and sorting stage, mainly to sort out and summarize the information, data and various achievements in the research. In the first two stages, the scheme and measures were revised and research was carried out, which initially played the role of subject research.
And carry out the open class observation activities of school project research, solve the problems in the practice of project research, further play the role of project research, sum up experiences and lessons, strive for certain results, write the mid-term project research report and accept the mid-term inspection.
Second, the specific situation of carrying out research work
In the research process, we have mainly done the following work.
(1) Learn relevant theories, enhance scientific research ability, and investigate and collect relevant research materials; Set up a research group, determine the research topic, write an application for project establishment, and formulate research.
Scheme and implementation plan; Determine the experimental class.
(2) The researchers of the research group are good at capturing all kinds of valuable information in the process of project experiments in classroom teaching, and recording and archiving them in time.
(3) Through investigation, discussion and observation. , regularly understand the reaction or evaluation of students, parents and society to the implementation of the experiment. (4) Analyze and summarize the data obtained in the research process, write the mid-term research report of the project and show the phased results in the form of teaching observation and papers.
(5) Ask experts for inspection and guidance. Constantly adjust and improve.
Third, the problems and thinking in the implementation
When organizing teachers to study the project plan, we frankly pointed out that the plan is not static, and teachers are welcome to make suggestions for revision at any time. In the implementation, we go deep into the classroom, listen to teachers' opinions, review the gains and losses of the scheme with consultants and teachers on a regular basis, and revise, adjust and develop it in time. We constantly train and improve teachers and help them solve specific problems in the project research process. We constantly strengthen the training of teachers, so that the project plan can be transformed into project practice and achieve results, thus improving the comprehensive quality of teachers in the research group. Guide teachers to correct their thoughts; Help teachers master methods; Strengthen the research and reflection summary of classroom practice, focusing on the problems and puzzles existing in students' reading and examination. Supervise the project-level members to accumulate data at ordinary times and record the activities of the research group.
Fourth, constantly sum up experience and exchange in the implementation.
The research group should be good at discovering the fresh experience of teachers at any time, and don't think of summing up until the end of the semester. Efforts should be made to help teachers understand the value of their own experience, help teachers raise their experience to a theoretical level and make it organized, and encourage teachers to constantly enrich themselves in practice.
Rich and substantial. Teachers should be encouraged to emancipate their minds, boldly form articles and exchange information on project progress. Since the research of our research group, teachers have actively written several papers and designed several teaching plans. Through experiments, teachers have tasted the joy of success after hard work. Through summing up, teachers have thought about many deep-seated problems, gained a new understanding of many educational theories, and enhanced their consciousness of implementing the subject.
In this process, members of our research group collect information and write papers, and the project leader personally writes empirical papers, which is convenient for overall consideration. In a sense, such an article is an evaluation of the work of experimental teachers. The process of collecting, sorting out and verifying materials, conceiving an outline and finally forming an article has actually become a review and summary of the work of the research group.
Through the experimental research of this topic, we are delighted to see that the teachers of our research group are deeply thinking about the research direction of "cultivating students' habit of carefully examining questions". The new mode of research-based teaching is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and the teaching of research-based courses is closer to the teaching practice, which has been gradually developed through repeated practice and teachers' analysis and guidance. In teaching, teachers should always remind students to carefully examine questions, teach them how to grasp key words, quickly understand the meaning of questions, teach them the skills and methods of examining questions, improve the correct rate of solving problems, improve students' ability of examining questions, and achieve the expected teaching effect.
The good habit of examining questions is not formed overnight, but gradually formed over time. Therefore, in our re-learning, we should focus on the big picture, start small, and gradually develop in every move, word and deed.
