What are the three types of anxiety?
The first kind is realistic anxiety. Realistic anxiety refers to the reaction of fear or anxiety to danger or expected external injury, and the intuition to external danger, such as people's fear of poisonous snakes, thugs with killing weapons or out-of-control cars.

The second is neurotic anxiety. People experience anxiety not because of dangerous things outside, but because they realize that their instinctive impulse may lead to some kind of danger. In other words, the source of anxiety lies in the subconscious id, and neurotic anxiety usually has three manifestations:

3. Other psychological disorders, such as hysteria, depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder, appear as a kind of comorbidity.

The third kind is moral anxiety, which is people's anxiety that their actions violate social rules and morality. He is often accompanied by shame and guilt. This is because self-awareness is dangerous in conscience, and they are afraid that their conscience will be condemned because some of their actions and ideas do not meet this standard.
