Hello, my friend was admitted to education ten years ago. Now every time I brush my ID card at the checkpoint, the machine will call the police. Can it be eliminated?
Education is only one of the compulsory measures, not a "criminal record". Only those who are convicted and sentenced are criminal records. However, during the asylum period, it is forbidden to leave the country, and those who have been released from asylum can. Having an admission record does not affect going abroad.

Whether a person who has received asylum education can go abroad depends on the visa policy of the destination country and is not restricted by Chinese laws.
