According to the provisions of Article 13 of the Measures for the Administration of Student Status of Primary and Secondary School Students, after the student status information changes, the school shall update and maintain the information in the student status system in a timely manner, and file the relevant certification materials.
Start transfer procedure
When students transfer or enter a higher school, they need to start the transfer procedure through the electronic student status system, and at the same time, they need to be reviewed and confirmed by the transfer school and the school registration authorities of both parties. According to the provisions of Article 14 of the Measures for the Administration of School Registration of Primary and Secondary School Students,
Complete the file transfer procedure.
After the transfer of student status, the transfer-out school should complete the transfer-out procedures of student status files within 1 month, according to Article 15 of the Measures for the Administration of Student Status of Primary and Secondary School Students.
Continuation file
After students transfer to another school or enter a higher school, they need to renew their files on the basis of their original files, according to the provisions of Article 16 of the Measures for the Administration of Student Status of Primary and Secondary School Students.
