In this chapter, what makes me think most is the confusion as a professional. Whether college students in the first three years, front-line teachers who have struggled in the education industry for more than ten years like me, or senior teachers who have worked for more than ten years, they will encounter the ceiling of career development to varying degrees. Especially people who are anxious like me often have a sense of confusion and powerlessness. I don't know where the direction is and where to locate it.

So, what is the definition of the evaluation system as a professional? This system was invented by the famous Soviet physicist Lev Davidovic Landau. Landau put forward a method to divide physicists according to their level and contribution, which is called the rank of physicists.

According to Landau's theory, physicists can be divided into five grades. The first level is the highest, and the fifth level is the lowest. The difference in ability and contribution between each level is 10 times. At the first level, Landau listed more than a dozen world-class masters at that time, including Bohr, Dirac and others (I think Newton and Edison should also belong to the first level), and at the second level, there are dozens all over the world. Landau only ranked himself at level 2.5. After winning the Nobel Prize, he raised himself to the level of 1.5. Among all physicists, Langdao named a zero-order master-Einstein. The core idea of Landau Scale is that the gap between people and abilities is an order of magnitude, not a little difference as people usually think.

Perhaps this positioning is not particularly clear to many people, because there is no relatively specific standard to measure it. Teacher Wu Jun divides the IT industry into engineers. After reading his division, is it clearer?

Level 5: able to solve problems independently and complete engineering work;

Level 4: able to guide and lead others to complete more influential work together;

Level 3: be able to design and realize products independently and succeed in the market;

The second level: can design and realize products that others can't make, that is, its role is irreplaceable;

Referring to the classification standard of five-level engineers, I try to classify teachers as "Landau grade" (non-authoritative, only representing personal views, welcome to discuss).

Specifically, after a period of training, a person can skillfully find various resources to write a complete teaching design and make corresponding teaching tools, such as courseware and cards, and can independently and solidly complete the teaching of a class and implement various knowledge points. At the same time, we can use correct and standardized symbols to correct students' homework, coach weak students, complete teaching tests and a series of teaching routine activities, and at the same time, we can think about the problems caused by teaching. To do this is to be a qualified teacher. It is relatively easy to meet the eligibility criteria.

This level values not only the improvement of personal ability, but also the strong leadership ability and communication (superior-subordinate communication) ability, so as to twist the ability of teachers in the same group into a rope and better complete the corresponding work. For example, the head of the language group belongs to the fourth level. He should not only gather the Chinese teachers in the whole school, rationally allocate and plan the Chinese teaching and research activities for a semester, but also communicate and coordinate with his superiors again and again, handle well many affairs such as venues and personnel, and at the same time implement the classroom of the teaching teachers. In order to achieve this goal, he will organize some teachers with strong teaching ability to grind and evaluate classes for this teacher until the final display, feedback and summary. These seemingly complicated tasks reflect the ability and level of CET-4 teachers.

At this level, teachers are required to put themselves at the peak of the development of the whole team, and lead the school team to keep trying around a teaching feature with their professional ability and level, which can be campus culture, small class size, writing gold business cards, local culture and so on. , and fruitful, has a certain reputation and good feedback in the industry. For example, I think of "new labor education" when I mention Fuchun's seven primary schools, and "writing teaching" when I mention Fuchun's eight primary schools. Writing and labor are the skills that primary school students must learn, and they are also one of the core contents of quality education. But it is very wise to be extreme, to be characteristic and to choose according to your own characteristics. Teachers in the eighth grade can use this breakthrough to carry out pragmatic and innovative research, and at the same time claim a series of educational achievements (WeChat official accounts, cases, classes, projects, etc. ), so that as a new school established only two years ago, it is well known by Fuyang people. However, the popularity of Fuchun Seven Small Schools is not limited to Fuyang City. After six years of practice, it has gained a certain popularity in the whole country, which is the ability of three-level teachers.

This level requires teachers' creative thinking very highly. Teachers can creatively formulate a teaching model or strategy according to their usual teaching practice and experience, and actively practice to guide students' learning behavior, which has been widely recognized in the education sector and can be widely promoted, becoming a maverick existence. For example, Tao Xingzhi's "unity of knowledge and action", Li Jilin's situational teaching method, Wei Shusheng's class management strategy, Li Zhenxi's love education, Yu Yongzheng's "five-fold teaching" and, of course, the class management of foreign teacher Rafe Esquires. The names of these characters are familiar to everyone. They achieved a breakthrough from scratch, aroused enthusiastic response throughout the country and became famous educators. Of course, in recent years, the education industry has also undergone earth-shaking changes. The intervention of information technology has brought great influence to teaching. From pure blackboard chalk, to gradually entering the multimedia era, such as projection equipment, electronic whiteboard, and more video conversion software, and now to flipping classrooms and online teaching, many teachers have found their own development opportunities by using the characteristics of this era. I believe you can find them, too.

What is the existence of this education industry? At present, I can't give an exact definition and evaluation with my ability. Personally, I think there is a well-deserved person-Wang Yangming, a cross-border great man, wearing many auras such as politics, history, military affairs, culture and educator. His favorite identity is an educator, and he has many ways: starting a class, giving a speech and passing on his disciples. His greatest thing was to establish a new school of thought-mental learning. For the first time in 500 years, he was called the four great saints of China with Confucius, Mencius and Zhu, and was the idol and master worshipped by Sun Yat-sen, Tao Xingzhi and Mao Zedong. Let's just say that such people are far away from us.

The only master in China's educational history who can be called zero level is Confucius. His influence and communication power are unparalleled! He deserved it!
