3, gas plant units should be based on the relevant provisions of the superior and the actual situation of the enterprise, clearly defined gas management system, operating procedures and safety procedures.
4. All relevant units should set up full-time or * * * personnel according to the management scope divided by the company to strengthen the management of gas devices and pipelines in the plant.
5, personnel engaged in gas work, must go through special safety knowledge education and technical operation training, passed the examination, and hold the "special operations personnel operation certificate" before independent operation.
6, all kinds of main gas devices and equipment should be numbered, and labeled in obvious parts.
7, gas area to set up obvious warning signs. Non-gas workers are not allowed to walk and stay in the gas area.
8, maintenance and other facilities related to gas facilities, should pay attention to monitoring and experimental CO concentration in the air, and take measures to prevent poisoning and explosion.
9. It is forbidden to build houses or other facilities within the safe distance, horizontal distance and height difference of the laid gas devices and pipelines; The tension of the gas pipeline will erect wires on its bracket, so that the gas angle itself can be used as a bracket to install other facilities besides wires.
10, without approval and safety measures, it is forbidden to ignite and carry kindling near gas devices and pipelines and in gas areas. When using gas, it must be ignited first and then turned on to prevent poisoning and explosion. When carrying out maintenance and repair work in the gas area, measures should be taken to prevent gas poisoning and explosion, and special personnel should be appointed for supervision. Tools used for maintenance and repair shall meet the safety requirements, and nails or kindling of soles shall not enter the area.

When hot work is needed for construction or maintenance, reliable safety measures must be taken first, such as cutting off the gas source, venting and replacing the gas in the hot work section, and taking air samples for testing until the oxygen content is not more than 23%. Only after the safety measures are verified by the construction leader and relevant departments can hot work be carried out.
12, it is forbidden to purge platforms, molds, etc. with oxygen. No one is allowed to use oxygen to remove dust from his body.
