Anhui Wenda Information Engineering College Library:

The library of Anhui Wenda Information Engineering College was built in 200 1, with a building area of 10800 square meters, which is magnificent and is a landmark building of the college. The library adheres to the purpose of "service first, reader first", operates in strict accordance with the working rules of university libraries, constantly improves rules and regulations, optimizes business processes, strengthens service awareness, expands service scope, deepens service connotation, and serves the teaching and scientific research of teachers and students in the college.

At present, the library has a management team composed of senior, middle and junior professional technicians, 90% of whom have college education or above. The library has five management departments: office, editorial department, circulation department, reading department and technology department, including five stacks, nine reading rooms (including two electronic reading rooms) and 1 academic lecture hall, with advanced equipment and complete functions. The library has 660,000 paper books, 580,000 electronic books, 420 Chinese and foreign periodicals, 60 newspapers and 7 electronic literature databases. A modern e-book management system and computer network service system have been established to share resources with the literature information guarantee system of provincial universities. The collection is dominated by electronics, computers, machinery, Chinese, foreign languages and art, as well as books on philosophy, economy, education and history.

The library adopts computer management and provides services of collection, borrowing and reading. Library stacks are open for 48 hours a week, current periodicals and newspaper reading rooms are open for 70 hours a week, students' study rooms and electronic reading rooms are open for 95 hours a week, and electronic literature resources are open for 24 hours.
