In view of the frequent occurrence of false advertisements for "degree rooms", law enforcement officers of Shenzhen Municipal Market Inspection Bureau pointed out that in order to pursue high profits, individual developers fooled more buyers, risked violating the rules and published false advertisements, which made the information obtained by consumers inaccurate and misunderstood. Some consumers are too credulous about developers' hype, rarely visit on the spot, and only after paying a deposit do they find that they have been cheated. Moreover, some real estate agents privately push false "degree room" advertisements through WeChat, and it is difficult for law enforcement officers to find illegal facts.

In order to severely crack down on the false and illegal advertisements of "degree rooms", Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau and Shenzhen Municipal Education Bureau jointly issued the "Work Plan for Special Rectification of False and Illegal Advertisements such as" degree rooms ". It is understood that since February this year, the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau and the Municipal Education Bureau have carried out special rectification actions for false and illegal advertisements such as "degree rooms" in Shenzhen. This joint rectification action focuses on illegal advertisements of "degree rooms". By adopting stricter standards, more severe penalties and more effective measures, we will give full play to the advantages of departmental linkage and severely crack down on false and illegal advertisements such as "degree rooms".
According to reports, in the rectification action, the monitoring of 527 traditional media and Internet media advertisements will be strengthened, covering 7 newspapers, 23 TV channels, 8 broadcast frequencies, 38 self-built websites, 19 apps, 2 18 official WeChat accounts, 2 13 mobile webpages,/kloc- City, District Market Supervision Bureau, Housing Construction Bureau, and education administrative departments form a joint inspection team to conduct joint inspection on all pre-sale buildings within their jurisdiction (including buildings that have received pre-sale permits for commercial housing and buildings that have not received pre-sale permits for commercial housing but have obtained construction permits).

The Shenzhen market supervision department said that real estate development enterprises and intermediaries that produce and publish false and illegal advertisements such as "degree rooms" or commit illegal acts will be handed over to industry associations for self-discipline punishment, which will be recorded in the credit system of the real estate industry and included in credit supervision. Expose typical cases of violations of laws and regulations, and create a public opinion atmosphere and orientation of law-abiding management, integrity and self-discipline.
Four measures to ensure the normalization of supervision

The relevant person in charge of the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Bureau pointed out that under the situation of educational policy reform such as nearest school entrance, lottery allocation and multi-school scribing, there are risks for buyers' children to enter the school district in the future. The special rectification of the false propaganda of "degree room" should be regarded as one aspect of the normalization of market order, and it also needs the joint efforts of market supervision, housing construction and education administrative departments. At the same time, market supervision departments, housing construction departments and education administrative departments can exchange information in time when developers apply for pre-sale, and inform developers in advance which schools can be enrolled nearby, instead of simply binding a "prestigious school" to form a benign mechanism.
