There is no doubt that Zhang Xipin's fame in Korean history can be described as "well known". This unfortunate woman who did not enter the court in her early years, with extraordinary luck and strong ambition, became the first princess in the history of the Korean dynasty who was the mother of the country as an ordinary person. However, the protagonist of this issue is not Zhang Xipin, but her old enemy Min.
Like, Queen Inhyeon Min's life is full of legends, which are still talked about by people. If the legend lies in the great leap of class, then the legend of Min lies in the recovery of the princess's throne.
According to Su Zong's calligraphy "Records of the Imperial Tombs of Queen Inhyeon", Min was born on April 23rd, 6th year of Kangxi (AD 1667), in a private house in Xipan Songfang, Hanyang. His father was Min Weizhong, then an associate bachelor of Jixian Temple, and his mother was Mrs. Song (leader of the Western Party).
Min's birth, like those famous figures in Korean history, has complicated legends. "Ren Chuan", one of the three masterpieces of Korean court women, records: "On the day of Min's birth, auspicious breath lingered in the house, and the fragrance in the delivery room curled up." It is also recorded in Ling Zhi of Ming Dynasty that "the sun and the moon were born on two shoulders". Min's parents secretly told the whole family to keep their mouths shut and not to tell anyone in order to avoid getting burned. It can be seen that the family style of Min family is very strict.
Due to the long history, modern people can't verify the authenticity of such records, but it's quite interesting that the ancients were keen to put myths on celebrities. After Min was born, he soon showed extraordinary temperament. "A Record of the Ming Tombs" records: "When I was a child, it was completely different. I didn't argue with others, I didn't say they were wrong, or I said they were right or wrong. I just laughed and didn't answer. " It is hard to imagine that this is a child's style, but it is this calmness of "laughing without answering" that will become the key weight for Min to return to the court in the future.
In Korea at that time, Li Xing Min belonged to a famous family, which can be traced back to the Korean era at the earliest. Grandfather Min praised him for being appreciated by the king of South Korea, ranking among ministers and serving the royal family. From then on, the Min family in Li Xing began to rise. As of Min Weizhong's generation, Min's family has occupied the imperial court and has considerable right to speak, not to mention Min Weizhong is a core member of the "Western Party". Of course, they will be even more proud if they know that there is a famous "Ming Cheng Queen" among their descendants.
It stands to reason that Min's family background is so huge that they should enjoy all the splendor, but it is not. At the age of 6, Song died unfortunately, and the pain of losing his mother was unacceptable to Min. After losing his mother, Xiao Min was immediately raised by the Hongshi family of Zhong Gu and lived in a patron's house. However, fate will not make Min too comfortable, and a storm is coming.
On August 18th, 13th year of Kangxi (A.D. 1674), Li Kun, the learned king who reigned for 15 years, died in Zhailu, Changde Palace at the age of 34 and was buried in chongling. Li Xuan, Wang Shizi, located at the main entrance of Ren, became the king of Su Zong of Korea Dynasty19th generation country. After Su Zong ascended the throne, the Southerners Party, which had always been an enemy of the Westerners Party, immediately attacked. The following year, Min Weizhong was accused of "obsessing beauty but being fierce, advocating evil theory and disorderly guiding principles", and he and Min, Li? Yi Li, Li Xuan and others were dismissed together. In the 18th year of Kangxi (AD 1679), Min Weizhong was exiled to Shang Qing Road and Xinghai for nearly a year.
When his father was defeated, Min, who was only 12 years old, was forced to follow his father and family to the exile. Along the way, the father and the daughter were tortured, which also made Min taste the ups and downs of the world. In the days of Xinghai, Min put down the figure of two big ladies and took care of her father wholeheartedly. Whenever food is served on the table, as long as Min Weizhong doesn't move chopsticks, she won't move. If children compete for food, she will scold each other. Min's end-reading makes me feel warm and praises her as "a person that children can't do".
With the infighting of Nanren Party, the fate of Min's father and daughter soon turned for the better. It turned out that on the eve of Min Weizhong and others being sentenced to exile, Zuo gave Su Zong a seal of 90,000 yuan, and it was exposed that Xu Jian, the illegitimate child of the South Party leader, hit my concubine room, which caused a storm in Hanyang. At the same time, he also denounced Xu Jian for "robbing people's wives and concubines and raping young girls", and denounced Ji Xu for using his power to suppress civil litigation and help his son escape from prison in the "Dong Li turtle girl robbery case". When the news came out, the whole Wang Ting looked askance.
South 90 thousand's play stirred up a thousand waves with one stone Sure enough, Su Xuan flew into a rage and immediately agreed to the proposal to ban Wu Shishou and ordered the government to arrest Xu Jian. With the deepening of the trial, more and more fierce materials were dug up. On April 9 of the same year, Xu Jian, who was tortured by torture devices, confessed that besides robbing his wife and daughter, he also revealed that he planned to arrange samurai to ambush the palace gate and kill his father and his henchmen at night, thus deposing Su Zong and making Li Jue, king of Lincheng, king.
Great, Xu Jian was accused of "fornication" and "rebellion". Three days later, Xu Jian was executed on the first day of the New Year in front of the temple, and he also took up Fu Wei. The prince failed to escape death and was hanged by Su Zongqiang. The butterfly effect caused by Xu Jian's murder is enormous, and his father Ji Xu bears the brunt.
As the leader of the Southern Party, even if Su Zong had feelings for him, he could not overcome the fact that his son rebelled and was afraid of the reason why the Southern Party was strong. In the end, Su Zong chose to abandon the car and protect the handsome, and dismissed Ji Xu, and the relevant personnel were punished. The Southern Party, which scampered for less than a year, collapsed.
When the Southern Party collapsed, the Western Party was undoubtedly the happiest. In the 19th year of Kangxi (AD 1680), on April 29th, Min Weizhong, who was wandering in Xinghai, was pardoned and returned to the power center to serve as an official of the imperial court. The following month, Cao Xinju awarded the book. Holding public office for many times saved Min from jail. The famous Gengshen fever in Korean history not only reshuffled the forces entrenched in the imperial court, but also created conditions for Min to enter the palace.
In the same year1on the night of October 26th, the Queen of Jin died at the age of 2/kloc-0 in Qingde Palace and was buried in Yiling. Gold is Su Xuan's original match. From Wang Shizi to Wang Hao, Jin accompanied her husband 1 1 year. During this period, she also gave birth to two daughters for Su Zong, but both of them died early due to illness and left no children. Although Kim failed to give birth to her first son, Su Zong still respected his wife and took more care of her.
Queen Ren Jing rose to a far position, and the position of the middle palace was suspended, and there was an undercurrent inside and outside the palace. Whose woman is lucky enough to continue to be a mother of the country? There are many discussions in the market. Seeing the early death of her daughter-in-law, Su Zong's mother, the Queen, was very worried. As a royal relative, Zhuang Lie's Queen Zhao was naturally worried. So, she immediately issued imperial edicts to select maids to enter the palace.
When the multiple-choice question came out, it immediately attracted the attention of two kinds of nobles, which was a godsend opportunity to strengthen family power. Jin Youming, a gentleman in Qingfeng Mansion, was the father-in-law of Li Shu, the late Emperor of Xianzong, and the father of the Empress of Ming Dynasty. He and Min Weizhong have a good personal relationship. Hearing that his daughter has both ability and political integrity, he made an idea of big princess to recommend Min to the palace. At this time, Song Junji, Min Weizhong's father-in-law, also went to Su Zong in Shu to make sure Min entered the palace. Two heavyweights came forward, which delighted Queen Zhuang Lie. She immediately sent someone to see Min Weizhong and suggested that A Min be a princess.
As mentioned earlier, Min Weizhong has a strict family style and is particularly sensitive to political topics. Now, the king and princess are going to make their daughter a princess, which makes Min Weizhong a little at a loss. He is too aware of the dangers of living in court all the year round. Therefore, after receiving the imperial edict, he shirked everything, refused three times, and refused the royal family.
Sue is always a person with excellent face. Min Weizhong's muddled behavior made him very unhappy, so he called him and scolded him. Seeing that it was impossible to fish in troubled waters, Min Weizhong had to gather his family and announce the news in public, so that his daughter could follow the ambassador Yu Yidong to receive education in the palace.
In the 20th year of Kangxi (A.D. 168 1), Su Gan married in the hall, awarded Min Weizhong the title of Princess of Korea, and submitted his credentials to the Qing Dynasty, the suzerain country. 14-year-old Min stepped into the court in this way, which opened the second half of the legend.
After Queen Inhyeon Min entered the palace, he soon found that court life was different from his imagination. Min and Su Zong have been married for seven years, and their stomachs have not changed at all, which has aroused suspicion among the ruling and opposition parties. Although Min was very concerned about her husband and even took care of Su Zong day and night when he was infected with smallpox, he failed to get the birth of his first son. In the ancient court, infertile women were miserable and would be put in limbo at any time. Min knows this well, but there is nothing he can do. Manager Su doesn't seem interested in her.
When Min was anxious day and night, the appearance of a person disturbed her thoughts. This man is Zhang Yuzhen and the all-powerful Zhang Xipin in the future. Zhang Yuzhen was born into a family of translators and belonged to a noble family. At the beginning of the eighth year of Kangxi (AD 1669), Zhang Yuzhen's father Zhang Jiong died of illness, and Zhang Yuzhen, who was only 10 years old, was raised by Tang Bo Zhang Xuan. However, due to Zhang Xuan's political mistakes, he was involved in the three-husband chaos, and his family was also implicated. Zhang Yuzhen, who lost trust, disappeared into the court and tasted the cynicism of others.
Fortunately, after entering the palace, she won the favor of Zhuang Lie's queen Zhao with her extraordinary beauty and flexible mind. When Su Zong, who was in adolescence, saw Zhang Yuzhen, he was naturally attracted by each other's beauty, and their relationship quickly warmed up. Su Zong has a crush on my wife, which is inevitably known by the always tough Queen Ming Sheng. This woman saw the shadow of former imperial concubine Yin Shi from Zhang Yuzhen, so after the death of Queen Ren Jing, she ordered the official to blow Zhang Yuzhen out of the palace.
I thought Zhang Yuzhen, who was sleeping on the street, would give up. As a result, the other party was treated by Shen, the wife of "Chongshanjun Li Cheng", and naturally lived in the clan mansion. When Queen Inhyeon Shi Min entered the palace, Shimin, who suffered from childlessness, learned about it from his population. She had a kind heart and made a suggestion to Queen Mingsheng, hoping to bring Zhang Yuzhen back to the palace. After all, she is the only woman who is deeply loved by President Su, and she is also the most likely to have children. I have to say, the pattern of Minjia is really big. What she thinks of is the stability of the whole court and harem, not her own selfish desires.
However, Queen Ming Sheng rejected Min's request on the spot. She accused the other party of being "too simple" and totally reckless, and compared Zhang Yuzhen to "a national disaster". In her view, Zhang Yuzhen's return to the palace is bound to threaten the authority of the palace and set off unnecessary fights, and then the court will have no peace. Helping her is like bringing shame on yourself, and her disgust is obvious.
If we carefully analyze their respective positions, it is actually reasonable. The Min family is considered from a macro perspective, while the Queen is considered from a realistic perspective, and it is difficult to distinguish right from wrong for a time. Therefore, until the death of the queen, Min dared not mention it again. In the 22nd year of Kangxi (A.D. 1683)1February 5th, the 4 1 year-old queen of Ming Sheng died in the Xibeitang of Chucheng Hall in Chang Gung Palace and was buried in chongling, breaking the shackles that restricted Zhang Yuzhen from returning to the palace.
The queen drove the crane fairy away, and Min once again advised Su Zong to return to the palace. Su Zong, who was secretly happy but hesitant, hypocritically asked her grandmother for advice in order to maintain a positive image. Everyone in the palace knows that Zhang Yuzhen was one of the maids of Queen Zhuang Lie, and her old man's house had to support her with both hands! In this way, the queen has been suppressed to return to the palace, and as a noble, Min also paid a painful price for his "naivety".
After Zhang Yuzhen returned to the palace, he soon became attached to Su Zong, and his arrogance was even worse. Queen Ming Sheng kicked her out of the palace because of her bad character. Now is the time to test her foresight. Su Zong's increasing interest in Zhang Yuzhen is in sharp contrast to the deserted China Palace. Ungrateful to test Min's attitude, he ran to the imperial palace (the princess's residence) to flirt with Su Zong in public.
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, no princess in the past dynasties has been so humiliated. Min, trembling with anger, stifled her anger and said calmly, "Please flatter and preach." Think of it as teaching me how to get along with husband and wife. Min's tolerance is becoming more and more arrogant. From then on, she ignored the princess's wishes directly, even the official did not dare to shout.
There is a limit to people's patience. The unbearable min finally broke out. She ordered Zhang Yuzhen to be taken to the bedroom, so that she could be severely beaten, so as to alleviate the hatred in her heart. The two became incompatible enemies. After the performance, Min realized that the situation was very serious, and if it continued to be popular, the consequences would be unimaginable.
So, in the 25th year of Kangxi (A.D. 1686), on March 23rd, she supported the daughter of Qingyang County's supervisor Jin to enter the palace through her father Min Weizhong, with the intention of weakening Su Zong's feelings for him. However, Min underestimated Su Zong's will, and Kim's entry into the palace had no effect, but became a stepping stone to his rise.
In the same year1early February, Su Zong issued an imperial edict conferring Zhang Yuzhen as Shu Yuan, which was full of surprises in an instant, which obviously did not conform to the imperial palace promotion system. North Korean officials, represented by Yan Zhenghan and Han Shengyou, rose up one after another and accused Su Zong of being fond of Zhang Yuzhen, ignoring Chaogang and Chaoji, and labeling Su Zong as "lewd".
The saliva of officials made Su Zong angry from embarrassment. Seeing that he could not prevaricate, he simply turned to war and sent the talkative minister away for investigation. On June 13, the following year, heavy rain fell in North Korea, and Jiangxiang Road (later renamed as "gangwon") was flooded, resulting in the destruction of 164 house and the drowning of countless exiles. This once-in-a-century flood seems to herald some kind of disaster. In the record of Su Zong, North Korean historians called it "the flood was the omen of mother's favor in the previous history, and Zhang De's favor was a curse, not an accident".
The outbreak of the flood did not prompt Su Zong to reflect. Seeing that the king of Chu refused to change his mind, Li, the judge of Hu Cao, called him a "demon" as an example. Who knows, Su Zong didn't change color, and further promoted Zhang Yuzhen to Zhao Yi. On October 27th, the 27th year of Kangxi (A.D. 1688), Zhang Yuzhen gave birth to Su Zong's eldest son, Sunny Li, who was later the king of Jing Zong. I like Lin Er's Su Zonglong's Heart very much, and I promoted him to Zhu Billy a year later.
At this moment, Queen Inhyeon Shimin is more and more regretful for inviting the wolf into the house. In order to safeguard her own interests, she had to turn to Zhuang Lie and Hou Zhao for help, hoping to check and balance. Unfortunately, it is full-fledged, and Queen Zhuang Lie is getting old, listening to the slanderous remarks of Shen, the wife of Chongshanjun. Min's warning is equal to nothing.
Taking advantage of being Wang Shizi's biological mother and relying on Su Zong and Zhuang Lie, Zhang Yuzhen and his younger brother Zhang Xizai conspired to cultivate henchmen, met with the south in the evening and began to seek political discourse. During this period, Zhang Xizai openly flirted with geisha at Princess Zhenming's family dinner, and then he used his identity as a thief to cover his escape. Princess Zhenming is the eldest daughter of Xuanzu and Renmu, and the royal family is of high seniority. Zhang Xizai's behavior has reached the point of lawlessness.
Later, a number of important officials, such as Min, Jin and so on, wrote in succession, demanding that the monarch severely punish this matter. Su Zong not only didn't take it seriously, but also scolded them on the grounds of "legendary fallacy" and ordered them not to be alarmist, just like a bad king. After a series of setbacks, Min is like a deflated ball, especially after Min Weizhong died of illness, he lost his backer all day. Seeing Min, the arrogant finally reached out and asked for the princess throne.
In the 29th year of Kangxi (A.D. 1689), just after the Spring Festival, there were rumors that "the imperial court framed the concubines" and "were abolished". At the moment, there are many discussions inside and outside the court, and everyone is talking about it. On April 24th, Su Zong issued a letter to Cheng Yuan, intending to depose Princess Min. They all frightened Liu Mingjian and tried to remonstrate Su Zong's resignation.
On that day, the ministers of Qing VI gathered in the imperial court, and Su Zong publicly announced his decision to dismiss, which shocked the ministers. Jiang, a captain, was dissatisfied with Su Zong's unreasonable abolition of the princess and retorted, "Zhonggong is the mother of a country. It's almost ten years now, and I've never heard of immoral. Why did your highness suddenly teach such a lesson that he could not bear to hear? " Seeing this, Su Zong replied loudly: "Being named the mother of the country has no virtue. Can you still be treated by the mother of the country? " Resolutely depose Min and Jin.
On May 2, Su Zong officially issued the imperial edict. News came that Ming An Gongzhu (the youngest daughter of Xian Zong) and big princess were frightened to disgrace, and they quickly went to the palace to visit Su Zong, constantly telling about Min's virtue and virtue, and undressing when serving the king and big princess. But Su Zong was expressionless. The two princesses sighed and went to Nacella to inform Min.
When Min heard that he was abolished, he might have expected what happened today, so he took off his clothes on his back, crowned Feng Chai indifferently, and prepared to leave the court. The ladies-in-waiting beside her are crying for the king. At this time, a maid-in-waiting was sent to search and humiliate Min, but Min glared and the timid maid-in-waiting was frightened. This storm is said to have changed the situation and become a famous historical event in the Korean dynasty.
When Min returned to his forbidden palace, he ordered all the entrances to be blocked, and all the maids and servants were driven out, leaving only three loyal maids around. In terms of diet, meals were regularly sent to the palace earlier. After Min knew it, he refused decisively (for fear of poisoning him) and only accepted dry goods. Seeing that Min's condition was very bad, the clan sent some Tricholoma matsutake to help Min supplement nutrition.
In this way, Min lived in the forbidden palace in the wild for five years. Due to lack of maintenance, windows and walls were damaged, the yard was overgrown with weeds, and Fiona Fang Fiona Fang was abandoned for miles. Although life is a bit bitter, at least it's far away from court fights. During the day, Min will walk alone in the yard, and sometimes he will call his brother Min Zhengzi's daughter to his side to teach her elementary school, fierce female biography and textile technology, so as to pass the boring time.
After Min was abolished, she replaced her superiors and became a princess of Korea. In the 29th year of Kangxi (AD 1690), on June 16, Sunny Li, who was only three years old, was canonized as Wang Shizi by Su Zong, marking the peak of Zhang Yuzhen's power. Zhang Yuzhen, in high spirits, thinks that everything is under his control, just like the abandoned princess Yin Shi. In fact, the downfall of the Zhang Group has entered the countdown stage.
After becoming the mother of the country, she became more and more arrogant, overbearing and arrogant, and she had the demeanor of abandoning her concubine. From beating and cursing maids to torturing them, the palace is filthy. At the same time, while inciting partisans to stir up party struggles, she also frantically searched for people's fat and paste to satisfy her crazy desires. With the passage of time, Su Zongyue became more and more disgusted with Zhang Yuzhen's arrogance, more afraid of the Southern Party forces that supported her, afraid that the kingship would be taken away, and their feelings gradually became estranged.
In the thirty-third year of Kangxi (AD 1694), on April 12th, Su Zong Li Xuan, who was cheated by Zhang Yuzhen 1 1 year, gradually woke up and recognized Zhang Yuzhen's true colors. Therefore, Su Zong, who repented, ordered the restoration of the titles of Min, Min Weizhong and Third Lady (Li+Song+Zhao), and asked China envoys to welcome Min back to the palace with a personal letter.
When the emissary stopped at the entrance of the Forbidden Palace, Min ordered the maid-in-waiting to hand out a calligraphy, confessing that "it is beyond the reach of a minister to move the life of another palace" and left the other side hanging outside the door, and the emissary was repeatedly rejected. Su Zong, who learned the news, knew that Min was resentful and could not forgive what he had done, but as a king, it was impossible to beg a woman humbly, so he sent someone to convey the will and strictly ordered Min to open the door.
Seeing that the other person has made up his mind, if he continues to be melodramatic, he will cause trouble. Minla just opened the door. Everyone shed tears when they saw that the yard was "full of grass and empty". It's hard to imagine how Min persisted in this harsh environment. Ambassador China immediately sent someone to gather people together to remove weeds, then went to the door of the principal room and knelt down to ask the princess to return to the palace.
At this time, Min still has resentment, is still reluctant, and has no suitable clothes to shirk. The imperial edict officer ran back and forth several times. After Su Zong made all the preparations, Min let go and boarded the phoenix chariot. The couple met in the Jingfu Hall in Nishimiya. The next day, Su Zong named Zhang Yuzhen as a jubilee, and collected and burned the ribbons and jade books previously awarded to Wang Feixi.
Min's return to the throne is known as the change of Jia Xu. Nanren Party was expelled from the imperial court again, Zhang Xizhai and others were dismissed and exiled, and the Western Party regained its vitality, and Min became the only princess who was deposed but regained her identity during the 5 18 years of the Korean dynasty.
After Min returned to the palace, what should he do when he was suppressed by Su Zong? Of course, she couldn't swallow this tone and repeatedly found opportunities to protest against President Su. Her son is Wang Shizi, and she is also a real princess awarded by China. Why do you want to deprive her of her position? Despise China or bully orphans and widows? Sue doesn't get angry easily so as not to be caught by others. He only replied that "there are no two statues in China", suggesting that Zhang Yuzhen can recognize the reality and protect prosperity.
How does the arrogant Zhang Can Yu Zhen degrade himself? I hate Queen Inhyeon Min more and more, and I began to lose my mind and try to get rid of my enemies. In April of the thirty-ninth year of Kangxi (AD 1700), Min, who was already ill, fell ill. "His left and right veins are red, his chest and diaphragm are boring, his tongue is covered with yellow fur, and he has difficulty breathing." Later, the condition gradually worsened, leading to "sore feet and embarrassing needles." This man's description is haggard, which is unbearable to look straight at.
Zhang Yuzhen was very happy to learn that Min was seriously ill. According to the biography of Ren Xian, Zhang Yuzhen once spent all his money to buy imperial secretary. First, he wanted to poison the food in the palace; After the conspiracy went bankrupt, he took advantage of Wang Shizi's wedding to sprinkle spells and poison into his new clothes in an attempt to kill Min by offering new clothes. Because of Min's vigilance, he refused the clothes provided by Zhang Yuzhen, which made him unable to succeed.
Ren Zhuan is a court novel written from the victim's perspective. The author can no longer take the exam. It is said that she is a maid-in-waiting near Queen Inhyeon, a descendant of Park Tae-fu, and a relative of the Queen's family. The uglification of Zhang Yuzhen is bound to be exaggerated, and its authenticity remains to be discussed. Its content is for reference only, but it provides a new way of thinking for us to understand the dispute between Min and Zhang.
In the 40th year of Kangxi (A.D. 170 1), Min, who struggled with the disease for more than a year, died in the Jingchun Hall of Chang Gung Palace at the age of 34 and was buried in the Ming Tombs. The legend of a generation has come to an end. Before his death, Min told his brother Min Houzhen that Zhang Yuzhen didn't respect her and lamented the hardships of his life.
Queen Inhyeon's death made Su Zong feel guilty. He relied on the idea of his dead wife to write his own article. On September 23 of the same year, Shi learned that an altar was set up on the west side of the mountain pond and cursed the princess maliciously. He immediately reported the matter to Su Zong. Su Zong, who became angry from embarrassment, ordered Zhang Yuzhen to commit suicide on the grounds that "the crime has been exposed, if it is not good, we will talk about it another day". Subsequently, the participants in the witchcraft case were publicly tried at Renzhengmen Gate.
10.8, Su Zong officially announced the news of Zhang Yuzhen's suicide, and issued an edict to later generations: "concubines are not allowed to take concubines". Considering Wang Shizi's feelings, Su Zong didn't go further, but after Zhang Yuzhen committed suicide, he made a hasty decision. Later, Jing Zong, who acceded to the throne, honored his mother as "Daiyu Mountain House" and set up Daiyu Palace for sacrifice. This site has been preserved to this day. Since then, the feud between Min and Yu has finally ended, and it has become a topic that people talk about after dinner.
