1. According to the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC), the contract of Star Map Education can be dissolved by agreement: both parties can dissolve the contract through consultation. The parties may stipulate the conditions for one party to terminate the contract. When the conditions for contract termination are met, the creditor may terminate the contract.

2. Legal rescission: refers to the act of one party exercising the right to terminate the contract when the conditions stipulated by law appear.
