This is also an extremely accurate and excellent interpersonal relationship of China's traditional concept for thousands of years. Without this basic concept, he thinks there is no real teacher-student relationship. Only in this way can he be competent and devoted to teaching his students well.

He believes that teaching and learning learn from each other, and the feedback from students inspires him greatly, prompting him to guide students in a better way.
