According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council and the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC on Printing and Distributing the Institutional Reform Plan of the People's Government of Hebei Province (Guo Ban Fa [2009]14) and the Notice of the People's Government of Hebei Province on the Establishment of Provincial Government Institutions (Zheng Ji [2009] No.46), the US Food and Drug Administration of Hebei Province (deputy department level) was established as the administrative agency managed by the Provincial Health Department.
