Shennongjia Forest Experimental Primary School was formerly Songshuping Primary School. 1970 after the establishment of Shennongjia forest area, it was changed to Baisong Town Primary School in Shennongjia forest area. 1985 was named Shennongjia experimental primary school by Shennongjia forest people's government, and 1989 entered the ranks of qualified experimental primary schools in Hubei province.
