I. Introduction Plan

This time, a total of 19 high-level talents in urgent need and shortage were introduced (see annex 1 Quwo County 202 1 List of Posts for Introducing High-level Talents for details).

Second, the import principle

Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit;

Third, the introduction conditions

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

(2) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and China's leadership and socialist system;

(3) Having good political quality and moral conduct;

(4) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

(5) Aged 35 or below (born after August 4th,1985);

(6) "Double First-class": full-time undergraduate graduates majoring in key construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines; Postgraduate degree, master degree or above. The major you have studied meets the requirements of the position you are applying for;

(7) Having other qualifications required for applying for positions;

(eight) in any of the following circumstances, it shall not be introduced:

1. Servicemen and non-fresh graduates (among them, 202 1 doctoral students who have not graduated may not apply for the original master's degree or degree certificate);

2. Probationary civil servants (refer to the staff of civil service law management institutions) and staff of probation institutions;

The talents introduced this time are openly introduced to the society by means of interview, physical examination and inspection.

(a) registration and qualification related matters

(4) Qualification examination:

Qualification examination runs through the whole process of talent introduction. (2) Interview

Those who have passed the qualification examination this time are the interviewees. Please pay attention to the Quwo County People's Government Network (www.quwo.gov.cn) at any time for the specific interview time, place and time to receive the interview notice.

The total interview score is 100, and the interview score is reserved to two decimal places (the mantissa is rounded off), and the qualified line is 60 points. If the score is less than 60 points, it is not allowed to enter the next link. According to the job requirements, the interview results are sorted from high score to low score in the ratio of 1: 1, and the candidates to be hired are determined. If the interview results are the same and the ranking cannot be determined, an additional test will be conducted and the ranking will be determined according to the additional test results.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

Physical examination items and standards refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). If you don't attend the medical examination on time, give up the medical examination or fail the medical examination, you will be disqualified from entering the next link.

Those who pass the physical examination are determined to be the objects of investigation, which mainly include political thoughts, moral quality, realistic performance, work ability and so on. At the same time, the authenticity and files of the information provided by the respondents were reviewed to reconfirm their qualifications. Those who do not participate in the inspection as required shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

Those who fail the physical examination and inspection shall not be employed, and the resulting vacant positions shall not be filled. Due to the automatic abandonment of the physical examination and inspection of candidates, the physical examination and inspection candidates will be replenished according to the ratio of job recruitment quota 1: 1 from high score to low score according to the job interview results.
