1 Persons who have worked for 5 years and achieved economic benefits.
Those who have obtained the qualifications for professional and technical posts and have served in their current posts for more than 5 years (inclusive) and meet one of the following conditions may declare the corresponding titles.
Persons who have won the scientific research achievement award at or above the city (prefecture) level (including industries and industry associations) in the corresponding professional and technical fields.
Persons who have developed and transformed invention patents in corresponding professional and technical fields and achieved remarkable economic benefits.
Personnel whose research achievements in the corresponding professional and technical fields have been adopted, popularized and applied, and have achieved remarkable economic benefits.
Researchers who participate in scientific research projects at or above the provincial level in the corresponding professional and technical fields.
2. Work 10 years, with post qualification certificate.
Those who have obtained the professional and technical post qualification 10 years (inclusive) or above, have worked in their current posts for more than 5 years (inclusive) and are over 46 years old (inclusive), shall be provided with a written assessment report and a Post Qualification Certificate by their units, which shall be submitted to the municipal (local) human resources and social department or the provincial competent department for examination and approval, and have really mastered the basic professional knowledge of their current posts and can fully perform their duties.
3. Qualified personnel studying in this major.
Professional and technical personnel who study the main courses of this major in institutions of higher learning and higher vocational colleges may declare their corresponding professional titles after being issued a certificate of achievement by the school.
4 continuing education professional training qualified personnel
Professional and technical personnel who have participated in the professional training of continuing education organized by our province in the past year may declare their corresponding titles after passing the examination.
