How to turn pressure into motivation and how to build a self-confidence system?

Small order:

Me and Ringo:

In the summer of 2006, in my third year in Beijing, I came across the information of Shu Ren Institute of Education, a famous educational institution, and learned that it is a very advanced educational institution. I followed the map and met young Ringo. The temperament of military background is very tall and capable, and the language is very sharp. Because of his special status, he has been influenced by many first-class teachers and professional leaders in China. He is knowledgeable, profound, sharp and accurate. He is an outstanding young scholar, and he is also the first young man with real talent and practical learning I met after I arrived in Beijing. The first communication we met was an evaluation of Gardner, the founder of the theory of multiple intelligences, a popular educational method in the world at that time, and one of the three masters of psychological development in the world. Gardner is an educational expert at Harvard University, and his educational thoughts have influenced the world trend. But I didn't know Gardner when I met Ringo. So Ringo said, go to the book building and find one of his books, and then we'll talk. I went upstairs, found a book by Gardner, read the table of contents, and then chose two chapters for comparison, so I had a basic judgment. I am not an amateur, but an expert in education, because I finished my three education papers in 1990. Sitting opposite Ringo, he asked me, what do you think of Gardner? I replied: he is not as good as me; Ringo nodded and said, I think so too. So he talked about two problems that he had been thinking about for a long time and had not got satisfactory results, that is, the problems involved in this paper, that is, how to establish a self-confidence system? How to turn pressure into motivation? Of course, I haven't thought about it before, but as Ringo said, a good idea must have a unique and feasible understanding of various problems. Since I have created a science of existence or not, I naturally have my unique methodology and epistemology. So, I went back and thought about it and sent him the conclusion, which he posted in his blog. Today, Ringo is a famous educator and expert director of the National Committee for the Care of the Next Generation. I haven't seen him for a long time, but I have always been impressed by his language ability. The topic we talked about is very representative. So, choose it and post it here for your reference. This is an explanation.

-Zhang.

I saw Mr. Zhang again today.

I remember the last time I had an in-depth discussion with him about the two most critical issues in life.

This time, I went on to discuss "stand up" and "spherical theory", but the two most worth mentioning are still:

(1) How does pressure turn into power?

The most abundant resources in modern society are pressure resources, but if they cannot be transformed into motivation, people will collapse and lose hope over time.

(2) How to build self-confidence?

Personality is the core of ability, and confidence is the core of personality, so confidence is the core of personality and ability.

Therefore, the establishment of self-confidence is the core of human learning and development.

People who lack self-confidence have no ability to love someone. According to the investigation of relevant institutions, the root cause of 95% domestic violence is the lack of self-confidence of the perpetrators.

However, the establishment of self-confidence can not be solved by psychology alone.

So I spent a lot of time thinking and studying these two problems and wrote my own monograph, thinking that these two problems can test and optimize a person's thinking mode.

A few days ago, by chance, I met Mr. Zhang, the founder of life physics. He established his own discipline system, involving psychology, physics, medicine, physiology and other fields, interdisciplinary.

I joked with him that if your skills can reach a high enough level, you will definitely solve the difficulties in life, so I asked him these two questions.

After careful consideration, I will repost my reply as follows for bloggers to comment and discuss, or how do you think I should answer my question:

How does pressure turn into motivation?

As far as the principle of pure biophysics is concerned, the conversion between pressure and power should meet two conditions:

One is the intervention and annihilation of the other opposite nature;

The second is the physical phase separation process in the dynamic direction, which is the requirement of the physical process of life.

But this problem belongs to the category of psychology, and we can analyze or infer its principle accordingly here.

The conclusion should also meet three conditions:

1, love,

2, passion,

3. Clear objectives.

I believe that love has the function of "annihilating" other unhealthy psychological phenomena;

Therefore, it is impossible to eliminate "stress" without love. Any specific psychological and behavioral influence can only change direction, but can't really turn "pressure" into motivation;

Secondly, passion, which is an essential "motivation" in the transformation of different psychological processes, otherwise, this psychological behavior cannot be realized.

Once again, it is a clear goal, corresponding to the direction after the transformation. Without this direction, the whole process can not be smooth, nor can it form a "flow" So I think it is appropriate to have the above three elements.

How is self-confidence built?

This problem, for me, should belong to the category of thinking science.

In my opinion, the establishment of self-confidence should have three aspects:

1, with self-advantage points.

Everyone has his own advantages, which is the objective starting point for everyone to stand on. But it is not easy for everyone to find their own advantages. This has a subtle relationship with China's personal maturity cycle, social development level and education level. In a sense, if you find your own advantages, you will have the first independent cornerstone of life.

2. Establish a scientific thinking method system.

The thinking method system is like a general coordinate system of life, and it is the command system of all behaviors in life. However, few people in China have the corresponding methodology system. Most of them just use empiricism or bookishness thinking technology under the impetus of instinct. This constitutes the dryness and inclination of the overall state of our society, so it is an important part to establish a scientific and distinctive methodology system. Without this, self-confidence is subjective, idealistic and unstable.

3. Clear behavior procedures

People's actions, from the initial conditions, develop towards the goal after thinking. We regard the above two processes as the necessities of human objective quality. Then, once we have a goal or a problem to be solved, we will definitely start from the initial conditions and find a clear main line leading to the goal under the analysis of the thinking system, which is based on our existing "advantages" and has objective feasibility. In this way, an important process will be displayed. Self-confident physical conditions should be: high combat potential, coherence and complete process.
