The "Four Virtues Project", that is, "love, honesty, filial piety and benevolence", takes the socialist core value system as the main line, aims at establishing good moral norms and building a common spiritual home, condenses moral strength, and forms ideological guarantee and spiritual support to promote development. The "four virtues" respectively correspond to social morality, professional ethics, family virtue and personal morality proposed by the central government. Its main contents are:

First, take "love" as the core, implement aid projects and promote the construction of social morality. In particular, we should care about others, care for the environment and be willing to contribute.

The second is to take "honesty" as the core, implement the project of honesty and morality, and promote the construction of professional ethics. We should be loyal to our cause, work honestly and treat others with integrity.

Third, take "filial piety" as the core, implement the filial piety project and promote the construction of family virtues. Parents should pay special attention to the protection of life, spiritual comfort and professional reward, and parents should pay attention to the education and training of their children.

Fourth, take "benevolence" as the core, implement the project of benevolence and promote the construction of personal morality. Be a person who breaks away from vulgar tastes, be a noble and pure person, and be a person who benefits the people.

To build the "Four Virtues Project", we should properly handle the following relations: First, the relationship between moral construction and legal construction. "Rule of law" and "rule of virtue" should complement each other and cooperate closely. Second, deal with the relationship between morality and economy, culture and society. Third, we should handle the relationship between inheritance and innovation. The implementation of the "Four Virtues Project" should combine inheriting traditional virtues with carrying forward the spirit of the times, extensively absorb the achievements of moral civilization of all mankind according to the development and changes of the times, create and prosper advanced ideology and culture on the basis of sublation, and promote the continuous development of moral construction. Attaching importance to moral construction is a valuable historical experience of our party in the process of economic and social development, and implementing the "Four Virtues Project" is an important practice to fully implement the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress. The "Four Virtues Project" is the need to cultivate civilized fashion, build a common spiritual home for the Chinese nation, enhance cultural soft power and promote the harmonious development of society.
