Lean No.1 Middle School was founded in 1939, 198 1 and renamed as Lean No.1 Middle School, which was established as a "provincial key middle school" by the Education Department of the provincial government. It belongs to the first batch of outstanding key middle schools in Jiangxi Province and is the first provincial key middle school in Le 'an County. Lean No.1 Middle School has 243 teaching and administrative staff, including special-grade teachers 1 person and 59 senior teachers.

For decades, Lean No.1 Middle School has always followed the school motto of "unity and hard work, seeking truth from facts, pioneering and innovating" and established the school-running concept of "people-oriented, establishing schools with morality, developing schools with quality and strengthening schools with innovation". In order to make Le 'an No.1 Middle School bigger, better and stronger, truly establish a first-class brand, and cultivate the fragrance of peaches and plums, the school aims to build a "competitive garden, a love garden, an experimental garden and a hundred flowers garden" and make innovations. Lean No.1 Middle School has been rated as a county "civilized unit" year after year, and 198 1 has been designated as a provincial key middle school by the provincial government. It has successively won provincial "excellent test center school", provincial "modern educational technology demonstration school", provincial "green school", China Western Education Consulting School, provincial "advanced unit of national fitness activities" and provincial "comprehensive management".

Over the past 60 years, Lean No.1 Middle School has sent nearly 10000 outstanding students to Tsinghua, Peking University and Fudan University. Among them, Gong Junping, Liu Jian, Zhang Shaoke and Chen were admitted to Tsinghua University and Peking University successively. In addition, seven students, including Chen Liqun, were admitted to junior classes of universities such as the University of Science and Technology of China. On 20 17, Tsinghua University Electronic Department was admitted to our school with a score of 662 and a score of 92 in the province.
