To this end, I cherish this hard-won training opportunity, study hard and get gratifying results.
The following is my experience in the process of learning, I think:
Students will not adapt to formal bilingual learning at first, so we will make them more free: we can win students' love with relaxed and happy teaching methods, change the traditional teaching mode, and make the classroom more interesting and more suitable for students' characteristics. For students who are new to Chinese, teachers need to put forward certain requirements. They should know that as a standard that students should meet, I will explain to each student what to do with new teaching ideas in every class. As long as students study hard and make continuous progress every day, we should feel very gratified!
For students who have been living in the mother tongue environment, it is really difficult for us to adapt to the bilingual environment at once. However, we should know that students are very receptive to language and will soon accept a bilingual environment. Accordingly, we teachers should work together with students to adapt to the development of children's bilingual language. We should persist in listening to Chinese classes, learn Chinese skills, master the Chinese that children have mastered for a period of time, and pave the way for the cultivation of bilingual thinking ability. In bilingual class, we should grasp the basic principles: the key point is to establish bilingual thinking and cultivate students' oral ability. In teaching, we should always adapt to students' language changes, communicate with them and change ourselves. In fact, teachers and students will be very happy in this process!
As a teacher, we should start from the dribs and drabs of training in students' lives. Pay special attention to the connection between teaching and life. Only in this way can we better carry out classroom teaching! In life, as teachers, we don't have to worry that they don't know this and that. Let students know how to use language to help and care for others in life, so as to improve their language expression ability.
In my opinion, there is no shortcut to bilingual teaching. Our county lacks bilingual teachers, but it lacks high-quality bilingual teachers. Low-quality bilingual teachers will eventually lead our bilingual teaching into a vicious circle, mislead children and make it difficult to improve the quality of minority education in our school.
In short, I will persist in bilingual learning, strengthen my confidence, cheer up my spirit, work hard, persevere, make great efforts to do a good job in bilingual teaching, and apply the experience I have learned in the tenth group middle school to my work, so as to make my due contribution to creating a new situation in bilingual teaching in our school!
Teaching experience of bilingual education II
I am a math teacher in Baicheng No.3 Middle School. My name is toulson Gully Tunia. I have been teaching in my mother tongue, but I have a certain level of Chinese, and my HSK level is not high. From 2004 to 2005, he participated in the training of "bilingual" backbone teachers in xinjiang education institute. In one year's intensive training, my HSK level has been greatly improved on the original basis, and basically reached the basic quality and ability of Chinese teaching. Through training, I deeply realized the extreme importance of bilingual learning and teaching. In Xinjiang, a remote and poverty-stricken area where ethnic minorities live in concentrated communities, whether the strategic objectives put forward by the central authorities can be achieved depends on the development of science and technology education and whether it can train high-quality laborers and innovative talents in science and technology for various construction undertakings in the autonomous region, especially those ethnic minorities who have both ability and political integrity and are proficient in the Chinese people.
To this end, I cherish this hard-won training opportunity, study hard and get gratifying results.
The following is my understanding in the process of learning, I think:
Students will not adapt to formal bilingual learning at first, so we will make them more free: we can win students' love with relaxed and happy teaching methods, change the traditional teaching mode, and make the classroom more interesting and more suitable for students' characteristics. For students who are new to Chinese, teachers need to put forward certain requirements. They should know that as a standard that students should meet, I will first master the routine and explain to each student what to do in each class. As long as students study hard and make continuous progress every day, we should feel very gratified!
For students who have been living in the mother tongue environment, it is really difficult for us to adapt to the bilingual environment at once. However, you should know that students are very receptive to language, and they will accept it soon. Accordingly, we teachers should work together with students to adapt to the development of children's bilingual language. It is necessary to insist on taking Chinese classes and master the Chinese that children have mastered for a period of time, paving the way for the cultivation of bilingual thinking ability. In bilingual classroom, we should grasp the basic principles: the key is to establish bilingual thinking and must cultivate students' bilingual thinking. It should be said that we should always adapt to students' language changes and exchange teaching with them. In fact, teachers and students will be very happy in this process!
As a teacher, we should start from the dribs and drabs of training in students' lives. Pay special attention to the connection between teaching and life, only in this way can we teach better! Especially in life, our teachers don't have to take care of them, here and there. Let students know how to help and care for others in life.
In my opinion, there is no shortcut to bilingual teaching. Our county lacks bilingual teachers, but it lacks "really useful" bilingual teachers. Low-quality bilingual teachers will eventually lead our bilingual teaching into a vicious circle, mislead children and make it difficult to improve the quality of minority education.
I will make up my mind, cheer up, work hard, strengthen my confidence, persevere, strive to do a good job in bilingual teaching, create a new situation in bilingual teaching, and work with other colleagues to raise bilingual teaching in our school to a new level and make greater contributions to the leap-forward development of education and the economic and social development of our county!
Teaching experience of bilingual education III
We 1 14 Xinjiang teachers were selected from all over Xinjiang according to the arrangement of Xinjiang Education Department and came to Beijing to participate in the training of Xinjiang bilingual backbone teachers. When we arrived at Beijing West Railway Station, the leaders and teachers of Beijing School for the Blind were waiting for us at the exit of Beijing Institute of Education. They are very warm and gentle to us. The first feeling fills us with confidence. Let me describe my own experience in this year's training.
Through this training, I learned a lot of new knowledge and new methods with the help of my teacher. My Chinese level has obviously improved.
Our new life in Beijing has begun and the training has officially begun. The content of this training course is very rich, mainly including reading comprehension, improving writing ability, oral Chinese, Chinese grammar and other courses to improve Chinese ability, as well as knowledge about the new curriculum reform of senior high school mathematics curriculum. Teachers' concern and careful listening fully mobilized the initiative and enthusiasm of the majority of students to participate in the training. Before I came to Beijing, I was always proud of my Chinese level. I passed CET-6 and CET-7. In my study, I found many shortcomings of myself. I deeply realize that as a teacher, if he doesn't have enough professional knowledge, advanced teaching concepts and teaching methods, it will be difficult for his career to constantly surpass and reach a new height. Through this training, with the help of teachers, we learned a lot of new knowledge and new methods. Not only has it improved our Chinese level, but more importantly, it has given us intuitive inspiration in teaching concepts and methods. Through training and study, I not only increased my confidence in doing a good job in the future, but also laid a solid foundation. A qualified teacher must adapt to the development of the times. In teaching, we should have a down-to-earth work style, a flexible mind and unremitting efforts to serve the people wholeheartedly. Be a good assistant to the leaders, be good at summing up and accumulating work experience, expand work ideas, apply what you have learned to work practice in an innovative spirit, handle the harmony among colleagues, people and leaders, create a good working atmosphere and improve work efficiency.
Through one month's internship, I improved my Chinese expression ability and made great progress in preparing lessons and attending classes in Chinese.
We 14 Xinjiang teachers practiced in Beijing Zhongguancun Middle School from April 6th to May 6th, 20XX. After we arrived at Zhongguancun Middle School on April 6th, we were warmly received by school leaders and teachers headed by President Xing. We were full of confidence from the first feeling. The school arranged this internship very carefully. We feel that the school attaches great importance to the internship of our Xinjiang teachers.
On the first day of coming to school, we visited the environment and hardware of the school. Software construction, teaching equipment. After visiting your school's overall appearance, exhibition room, specimen room, laboratory, gymnasium and other activities and teaching equipment, we further felt what your school's overall environment should be like. What kind of activity places and teaching equipment should schools have, and what kind of facilities should be equipped, managed and cared for? Wait a minute.
From the next day, our one-month internship began, and we arranged a backbone teacher with teaching experience to give us guidance. Every day, we listen carefully, take notes, learn the skills of teachers in introducing questions, the methods of analyzing lectures, and learn the experience of adjusting the speed and difficulty of lectures according to the actual situation and acceptance of students. In the process of attending lectures, preparing lessons, attending lectures and interviewing, we were deeply impressed by teachers' noble quality, advanced teaching methods, experience in managing students, working methods, work enthusiasm, students' mental outlook, learning enthusiasm and subject views. We have mastered a lot, new knowledge, new methods and new things. Great changes have taken place in our views. Good results have been achieved.
By visiting and visiting many scenic spots in Beijing and meeting Beijingers, we have broadened our horizons, increased our knowledge and learned more about Beijing and Beijingers. I have formed deep feelings for Beijing and Beijingers.
During the training, the school also organized us to visit many scenic spots in Beijing. We visited Beihai Park, Zhongshan Park, Summer Palace, World Park, Longqing Gorge, Olympic Sports Park, Twin Lakes Park, Beidaihe, Qinhuangdao, Zoo, Aquarium and Yuanmingyuan. Scenic spots such as the Forbidden City. Watched the solemn flag-raising ceremony; Appreciate the grandeur of Tiananmen Square and Monument to the People's Heroes; Visited Chairman Mao Memorial Hall; I feel very honored. Climbing the Badaling Great Wall, I really realized the meaning of Chairman Mao's sentence "You are not a true man until you reach the Great Wall". Visited the main venues of the 2008 Olympic Games-Bird's Nest and Water Cube, National Science and Technology Museum; I also visited Peking University, Tsinghua University and other China universities, which broadened my horizons and increased my knowledge. The whole of Beijing left us unforgettable memories. I feel that Beijing is really rich in tourism resources and there are many scenic spots worth visiting.
Man is a complex polyhedron, and different facets reflect different colors. Although I met our teachers, teachers in practice schools, went shopping or had other contacts, I think Beijingers are generally friendly and civilized. Except for some young people, most people are very warm and gentle to people and attach great importance to interpersonal relationships; Everyone you meet seems polite. I won't look down on foreigners for no reason. As long as I have affinity, they are still very kind, sometimes like relatives.
Public transportation in Beijing is also very convenient, and the bus fare is very low. The market is very busy. You can find anything you want. The urban environment is beautiful and clean.
Generally speaking, the year I spent in Beijing was the most profound and rewarding for me. In this year, my Chinese level and comprehensive quality have been obviously improved, which has broadened my horizons. My views on study, life, work and other aspects, on various issues, and my desire for the future have all changed greatly. I have a deep affection for Beijing. Next time I have the opportunity to travel to the mainland to study, I still choose Beijing; I can't forget the year I spent in Beijing.
After returning to my original work unit, I took the noble qualities, working methods, work styles and professionalism of the school leaders and teachers of Beijing Institute of Education, Beijing School for the Blind and Zhongguancun Middle School as examples, and applied the new knowledge, new methods and advantages I learned in various aspects to practical work, thus contributing to the education in this region.
