Foreign students' academic qualifications are certified in the service center of the Ministry of Education, and there are also special certification points in major provincial capitals.

Academic certification of overseas students is a kind of academic degree appraisal for returned overseas students in order to implement the national policy of "supporting overseas students to return home, encouraging them to return home and coming and going freely" and meet the needs of overseas students and other overseas and foreign degree winners for further study, employment and application for research funds in China. By issuing certificates, it shows that students' overseas academic qualifications and learning methods are recognized by the Ministry of Education. Including the way of study, the school and the time of study, and obtaining the academic degree certificate is the recognition of the above-mentioned study items.

Scope of certification:

1, the corresponding academic degree certificate or higher education diploma obtained by foreign universities or other higher education institutions studying formal courses.

2, Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools (projects) to study abroad degree certificate or higher education diploma.

3, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan universities or other higher education institutions to study formal courses to obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate or higher education graduation certificate.
