2023 National Examination Interview Guide: What are the forms of national examination interview?
In 2023, the written national civil service examination has ended and the interview is coming soon. The written test results will be announced in early March, and each unit will conduct interviews one after another shortly after the written test results are announced. I wonder if all your friends have started reviewing for the interview? Do you know the form of the national examination interview? Today, Bian Xiao, a public examination in Gao Dun, will introduce four interview forms that are common in the national examination.

1, structured interview

Structured interviews are very common in national civil servant interviews. For example, railway police, maritime safety administration, investigation corps of National Bureau of Statistics and other departments generally adopt structured interviews.

Structured interview, also known as standardized interview, refers to carefully designing the content to be evaluated in advance, listing the questions to be asked in advance, asking questions in strict accordance with the questions prepared in advance, and evaluating according to the appropriateness of the candidates' answers. To put it simply, the evaluation elements, interview questions, implementation procedures, grading standards and examiner composition are all pre-designed interview evaluation methods.

Structured interview is comprehensive and requires candidates to have strong theoretical literacy and clear answer logic. Candidates should not only be fully familiar with the propositional characteristics and examination methods of various types of questions, but also pay attention to all kinds of training in preparation for exams in order to stand out. For example, examination training, in order to quickly grasp the problem; Flexible divergent training thinking to achieve personalized answers.

2. There is no leading group to discuss the interview.

In addition to structured interviews, leaderless group discussion interviews are also common interview forms for national civil servants. For example, China Pudong Cadre College, the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and other departments generally adopt the interview form without discussion by the leading group.

The leaderless group discussion interview is a group interview method. By giving a group of candidates a question to discuss, let the candidates discuss within the specified time, so as to observe and evaluate the basic ability and quality of the candidates.

Leaderless group discussion generally includes three links: personal statement, free discussion and concluding speech. Through these three links, we can comprehensively observe the applicant's theoretical literacy, language expression, organization and coordination, teamwork, emergency response and other abilities, so as to judge whether the applicant meets the post requirements.

There are many links without a leading group, so the exam is flexible and it is difficult to prepare for the exam. Especially for the more introverted candidates, it is very likely that they will not get a word in the free discussion session, and then miss the opportunity to show themselves. Therefore, it is necessary to practice more and master more coping skills.

3. Structured group interview

Structured group interview is a new interview form, which combines the characteristics of structured interview and leaderless group discussion interview, making the interview more difficult. Tax Bureau, Shanghai Customs (20021adopting structured group), State Organs Administration Bureau and other departments generally adopt structured group interviews.

Structured group interview requires a group of examiners (usually 3-5 people) to answer structured interview questions (usually 3-5 questions) in turn within a specified time, and to comment on the other party's answers, so as to test the basic ability and quality of candidates engaged in office work. That is to say, in addition to answering the given questions, candidates also need to comment on two other candidates except themselves in a certain order, and the other two candidates need to respond in order. Comments and responses are not only the game of IQ, but also the confrontation of EQ and the collision of thinking. It is not a simple and rude "conflict", we must grasp the "degree".

Structured groups not only pay attention to candidates' theoretical literacy, but also pay attention to candidates' listening, commenting and coping abilities. The exam is more comprehensive, flexible and difficult to operate. It requires candidates to master structured questions, train their own comment and response skills, and truly point out and respond to questions.

4. Bureau-level interview

Many ministries and commissions will have bureau-level interviews during the interview stage. The Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission (hereinafter referred to as "NDRC"), the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of China (hereinafter referred to as "CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection") and other departments generally have interviews at the bureau level.

Bureau-level interviews mainly judge whether candidates match the positions they apply for by asking questions about personal information. Department-level interviews are generally one-on-one interviews with candidates by ministries and commissions, mainly around the personal situation of candidates. The interview process is relatively easy, generally paying more attention to the applicant's cognition, career stability and future development planning. Therefore, the department-level interview should be natural, sincere and realistic, reject template and routine, and enhance the fit with the applied position.

The above are four common interview forms in the national examination introduced by Bian Xiao, a public examination in Gao Dun. You can judge your interview form according to your position, and make corresponding review and preparation in advance.
