In view of the problems existing in the teaching of clinical nursing practice nurses, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement, and finally achieves the goal of continuously improving the quality of nursing teaching. Teaching nurses is an important and complicated job, and it is also an indispensable part of nursing work. On the one hand, nurse practice is the key link to ensure nursing education and cultivate practical nursing talents, and the quality of practice directly affects the learning effect of nurses; On the other hand, the teaching of practice nurses is related to the improvement of the overall quality of nursing staff and the development of nursing career, which directly affects the reputation of practice hospitals. The author has found some problems in the teaching of practice nurses for many years and made some analysis.

1 Problems in teaching work

The knowledge, skills and professional values acquired by nursing students in clinical practice have an important influence on their future professional growth. However, there are often many problems in the current teaching work.

1. 1 neglected the education of changing nursing concept and mentality of nursing students in teaching work.

Because some people in the society don't understand nursing work, and because of the influence of traditional ideas formed for a long time, they think that nurses should serve people. Nursing work is very simple, nothing more than injections and medicines, and there is no need for internship at all. After a month or two of training, they can take up their posts. Some people think that nursing work is boring. For these prejudices, intern nurses will inevitably have some emotional fluctuations and even feel disgusted and humble about nursing work. Teachers often ignore the emotional fluctuation of nursing students, and ignore the education of nursing students' nursing concepts and mentality changes in nursing teaching, which makes the internship nurses feel high during the internship and fails to achieve the purpose of teaching practice.

1.2 The teaching method is single and cannot adapt to the diversity of nursing students.

Some teachers lack knowledge, their knowledge is aging, they can't teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and their teaching methods are single, so they can't teach effectively according to the individual differences of nursing students. At the same time, the level of teaching teachers is also uneven, and some of them have not been engaged in teaching for a long time and have little experience, so they can't take a set of effective corresponding measures to adapt to the diversity of nurses during the internship.

1.3 The teacher's inspection and guidance to the nurse interns are insufficient.

The effect of practice seems to have nothing to do with the immediate interests of teachers. Therefore, teachers only instruct nurses to do things, and only let nursing students do some life care, such as morning care, oral care, bed making and so on. , and rarely do technical operations. 1.4 The teaching teacher is indifferent and not concerned enough about the practice nurses.

2 Countermeasures and experience

2. 1 Prepare lessons and plan ahead.

Nursing students should make full preparations for teaching before entering the ward for practice, hold a unified teaching meeting, carefully explain the practice requirements, formulate target teaching plans, professional teaching plans and professional examination questions, and transform the practice outline into timely observation, evaluation and operability goals, so that the practice can be carried out regularly and step by step, laying a foundation for implementing the practice tasks.

2.3 Pay attention to the choice of teachers.

We should choose nurses who have good medical ethics, exquisite operation skills, love nursing specialty and teaching work, can shoulder teaching responsibilities, have high comprehensive quality, have a variety of professional skills, can integrate theory with practice, and have the qualifications of nurses or above. We should take patients as the center, provide quality services for patients and ensure the quality of medical care.

2.4 Give full play to the leading role of nursing students in practice.

Teachers should teach students in accordance with their aptitude, provide targeted and personalized teaching, take pains to do demonstration operations, and at the same time play the roles of "guiding", "teaching" and "summarizing" so that nursing students can clearly understand relevant knowledge and skills. Nursing students will inevitably feel a little timid and unfamiliar when they enter clinical practice. On the basis of demonstration, teachers should boldly let nursing students carry out various nursing work under their own guidance. However, every nursing student should be strictly required to do a good job of "three checks and seven pairs", and at the same time, every job of nursing students should be "let go without looking" to prevent mistakes and accidents.

2.5 Use appreciation education to stimulate the learning enthusiasm of nursing students.

Appreciation education is an educational method for educators to mobilize non-intellectual factors (emotion, motivation, interest, will, personality, etc.). ) By appreciating and praising the advantages of the educated, make them actively engage in learning [1]. 2.6 Strengthen clinical teaching exchanges and carry out teaching rounds, so that each teaching ward can learn from each other's strong points and continuously improve teaching quality.

2.7 Observe carefully and care about the nurse trainees.

Caring for and caring for nurses, and knowing the psychological state of nursing students in time are the key and premise for teachers, schools and hospitals to adjust the unhealthy psychological factors of nurses, and the transformation of nurses' psychological balance is the guarantee for no mistakes and accidents in nursing work. Therefore, as a teacher, we should be strict with and care for nursing students, which is the principle that every teaching teacher must adhere to. Take time out to organize students to hold symposiums and other ways, such as talking about what has been gained in the recent internship life, what are the shortcomings and requirements, grasping the ideological status and existing problems of intern nurses in time, giving timely treatment, and making interns feel the concern from teachers and hospitals.

2.8 Strengthen the training of teaching teachers, improve their comprehensive quality and set an example.

Every teaching teacher should be strict with himself, treat every nursing student with love, set an example and play a good role. Clinical nursing teachers play an important role in the whole clinical nursing teaching and shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating innovative nursing talents. At present, most clinical teaching teachers are professional nurses, and those with bachelor degree or above are still relatively few. Therefore, it is necessary to train teachers' teaching ability and skills, combine long-term training with short-term training, provide various training and learning environments in all directions, and strive to improve their academic level and knowledge level on the original basis to meet the needs of the rapid development of modern nursing education [2].

2.9 Correctly evaluate the comprehensive quality of practice nurses, implement the assessment system, and do a good job in assessment.

After the internship, we should do a good job in evaluation and evaluate their comprehensive quality, including professional ability, work and study, communication ability, organizational discipline, behavior and so on.
