"Comprehensive Application Ability (Class D)" is an examination subject designed for open recruitment of teachers in primary and secondary schools, technical secondary schools and other educational institutions, aiming at measuring the ability of candidates to comprehensively apply relevant knowledge and skills such as pedagogy and psychology to analyze and solve teaching problems in primary and secondary schools. Among them, the vocational aptitude test (Class D) includes the following points:
Common sense judgment: it is divided into educational subjects and non-educational subjects. The examination mainly focuses on education, human history, geography, law and national conditions. Economy and politics belong to the scope of the outline examination. Although the question rate is low, we should pay attention to it.
Speech comprehension and expression: mainly for word filling, fragment reading and sentence expression. Test candidates' ability to understand and grasp the connotation of language, as well as their ability to think and communicate in language.
Judgment and reasoning: it is mainly divided into definition judgment, analogy reasoning and logical judgment, which tests the examinee's ability to analyze and reason the relationship between various things, accounting for about 20% of the total.
Quantitative analysis: examine the ability of candidates to understand and grasp the quantitative relationship between things and solve the problem of quantitative relationship. It involves data relation analysis, reasoning, judgment and operation. Including mathematical operations and data analysis, although relatively few, it is difficult and easy to open the gap.
Strategy selection: To examine teachers' ability to analyze and deal with various educational and teaching problems, aiming at testing candidates' professional ideas, professional ethics and professional skills by choosing ways to deal with problems.
It is worth noting that in the examination of 20 19, the comprehensive application ability (Class D) is divided into middle school and primary school. The number of questions in primary school is the same as that in 20 18, and the number of questions in middle school is case analysis questions and educational plan design questions, which cancels the examination of analysis questions and increases the score of case analysis questions to 90 points.
