Hangzhou Kindergarten Teachers College of Zhejiang Normal University, formerly known as Zhejiang Kindergarten Teachers College, was founded in 1953. It is the first independent preschool normal school in Zhejiang Province and the first batch in China.

Hangzhou Preschool Teachers College of Zhejiang Normal University has four undergraduate majors (special education 20 12), including preschool education, art education, animation and special education, among which preschool education won the first batch of national majors in 2007.
