Legal analysis: it is not only illegal to become a teacher by taking the place of others to go to school and enjoy the employment and resettlement treatment, but also suspected to constitute a crime. According to the latest provisions of China's "Criminal Law Amendment (11)", anyone who fraudulently uses another person's identity to obtain the qualification for higher education instead of others constitutes the crime of impersonation and should be punished criminally.

Legal basis: Article 280 bis of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), whoever steals or uses another person's identity to obtain the qualifications for admission to colleges and universities, employment of civil servants and employment placement in place of others shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance, and shall also be fined.

Whoever organizes or instigates others to commit the acts mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be given a heavier punishment in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

State functionaries who commit the acts mentioned in the preceding two paragraphs, which constitute other crimes, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of combined punishment for several crimes.
