Notes on Teacher Meng Hongmei's Mastering Classroom Teaching Design Strategies and Cultivating Chinese Core Literacy
? On July/July/June, 2002/KLOC-0, I participated in the continuing education (Chinese special study) organized by a city teacher training school as scheduled.

? I was lucky enough to listen to the lecture given by Meng Hongmei, a teacher from Yongcheng, Shangqiu. This morning, I specially arranged the essence of the lecture for me to use flexibly in the future teaching process.

? Put forward nine suggestions on basic classroom strategies, show the theme in time and put forward teaching objectives; Open textbooks as soon as possible to guide students to learn; Stimulate interest in learning and enliven classroom atmosphere; Let the students try to put the theme right first; Organize students to discuss and enhance the sense of cooperation; Control the teacher's speech and leave more practice time; Timely feedback and correction, practice on-site correction; The content is concise and clear, and the teaching rhythm is grasped; Pay attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude in the face of differences. Compare your achievements before and after class in the future, and how to correct the shortcomings.

? Nine Questions on Dong Pei's Lesson Preparation: What kind of article is this? (stylistic features); What is this article written for? (writing background); What is this article about (the main idea); This is how the article is written (technique, language); Why put it in this position of this unit (unit goal, editing intention); What is the most important paragraph or sentence that best reflects the characteristics of the article (teaching focus); Think about why we should teach this article now (teaching value); What students can read and what they can't read (prediction of learning situation); What kind of auxiliary resources does the textbook provide (teaching resources, preview tips, side approval, reading tips, after-class thinking and exploration, etc.)? ). These nine questions are skillfully used, so we are not afraid that the students in class will not listen. Learn slowly! Even if you can use one or two points at first, it is good!

? Students are required to read famous books during the holidays, first read the famous books required by the class, and then read other famous books. For example, celebrity biography series must be read, and special training is aimed at the senior high school entrance examination to broaden your horizons; Organize a variety of Chinese activities: lectures, recitations, daily accumulation, exploration of famous works, etc.

? I took a classic exam in the first week of school and took the exam in the second week. I quite agree with that. Because our school also arranges to read famous books, take notes and check them at the beginning of school during holidays. Teacher Meng just opened my mind for me. Wouldn't it be better for teachers to lead students to read famous books?

? Practice calligraphy every day. Our school now pays more attention to students' standardized writing, and this assignment is also arranged in the summer vacation. I just don't know how the students achieved it in the process of completing it.

? When there are new questions in the exam at ordinary times, we should talk about them specifically. For example, if there is an examination of couplet knowledge in the mock exam, a special couplet class is needed. This year's senior high school entrance examination will test the knowledge of couplets, and give students a few words to organize language to write couplets. Originally, students were supposed to be given couplets, but they were all ready, but they were not given for various reasons, so they had to have goals and actions in the future.

? Basic strategies for learning textbooks. Study what content is our foothold. We should study the syllabus, the whole book, unit requirements, texts, tips before class (difficult points), exercises after class (key points) and exercise books (returning to the standard), and read other people's teaching designs extensively. We used to read the text of this lesson and prepare lessons according to the teaching reference books. As experts say, we call this lesson thorough, but we don't consider other key parts at all. At the beginning of the new semester, read the whole book first, then look at the unit requirements, and then look at this lesson, including preview tips before class, after-class comments, after-class exercises and so on.

A link can design up to two questions. In the past, we once had a class with questions and answers all the time. Looking back, we talked about more than a dozen problems, and we didn't know which were the core problems to be solved. Therefore, the design problem should be detailed.

? Teaching design should have four characteristics: strive for a "simple" word (this simplicity includes concise teaching objectives, simple content, simplified links, simple methods, simple media, simple language and so on. ); Highlight the word "reading" (the new curriculum standard requires us to realize three major Chinese classes, with teachers as the leading factor, students as the main body and activities as the main line; Reading includes many kinds: synchronous reading, silent reading, reading aloud, tasteful reading, comparative reading, comprehension reading, in-depth reading, performance reading, think about how much we use in classroom teaching); Grasp a "deep" word (from articles to literature to culture, how to link knowledge learning with how to educate people); Use the word "bright spot" skillfully (a class must have at least one bright spot (title, beginning, end, format, language, conception, and a composition must have at least one bright spot). If you pay attention to these four points when preparing lessons, grasp and make good use of them, why worry about not speaking Chinese well?

? Grinding classes is the fast lane of career growth. Grinding classes here refers to grinding classes (observing other people's classes), copying classes (imitating other people's classes) and grinding classes (grinding out their own teaching style). In addition to these, we should read more famous classes, record teaching, sort out our own teaching links, record classes, watch classes and make corrections.

? Under the new curriculum standard, the emergence of good classes should be meaningful, efficient (ask the same student at the beginning and end of the same class to see how he answers questions), effective, normal, perfect, and highly involved by teachers and students, depending on the degree of autonomy, the effectiveness of cooperation, the depth of exploration and the authenticity of experience.

? I have been running on the way to study without stopping!
