1984 in August, Hubei province ushered in a pearl of education-changjiang professional college. Since 1990, it has officially become the pride of Hubei Provincial Department of Education. Approved by the Ministry of Education, sponsored by the Hubei Provincial People's Government and directly under the Provincial Department of Education, this full-time state-owned university bears the dreams and hopes of countless students.
