1. The school has two campuses, with 1 master studio, nearly 100 "double-qualified" full-time teachers, more than 30 national skill masters, "Yunling Chief Technician" and other special training instructors. The graduation "double certificates" rate of students reached 98%, and the employment rate reached 98%.

2. The school system has set up 28 majors in four major professional groups, including nonferrous metallurgy, advanced manufacturing, transportation and modern service industry, and has formed distinct advantages and outstanding abilities in cultivating high-skilled talents in Yunnan's characteristic industries, such as nonferrous metallurgy, automobile repair, automobile driving, and installation and maintenance of electrical automation equipment.

3. It has been recognized as the national vocational skills training base for employees, the employment and re-employment training base for employees in non-ferrous industries, the national continuing education base for employees in non-ferrous metals industries, and one of the four new apprenticeship pilot institutions in Yunnan Province.
