Shenzhen Longhua District Enrollment Schedule in 2023 (Primary 1+Junior 1)
(1) Enrollment publicity (from May 26th): All kindergartens and primary schools hang banners, hold an enrollment conference, and distribute the Enrollment Handbook for Freshmen in Autumn 2023 in Longhua District (hereinafter referred to as the Enrollment Handbook for Freshmen) to guide parents to prepare enrollment materials.
(2) Online registration (Primary 1/Junior 1: May 3 1,10: 00-June 7, 23:00): The online registration system for primary and secondary schools will be launched in the whole district, and parents will choose schools according to the enrollment scope, accepted degree types and telephone numbers of public schools in Longhua District in autumn 2023 (Annex 6).
The scope of the university area is implemented according to Longhua District's enrollment plan for compulsory education in autumn 2023 (Annex 2). The random allocation of computers in school districts shall be implemented in accordance with the Implementation Plan for Random Allocation of Computers in Public Schools in the Compulsory Education Stage of Longhua District (Annex 5).
(3) School preliminary examination (Grade One/Grade Three: June 8-June 19): The school conducts preliminary examination of the application materials for the degree certificate in the online registration system.
(4) Examination of admission and exemption qualification (Grade One/Grade One: June 20th-July 18): Freshmen's admission and exemption qualification are compared and examined with the data resource database of "Municipal Government Service Data Management Platform".
(V) Admission (Primary One/Junior One: July19-July 25th): The Education Bureau will make overall arrangements for school-age children and adolescents who have passed the examination-free qualification examination according to the actual situation. The scope of the university area is implemented according to Longhua District's enrollment plan for compulsory education in autumn 2023 (Annex 2). The scope of computer random allocation in school districts shall be implemented in accordance with the Implementation Plan for Computer Random Allocation in Public Schools in the Compulsory Education Stage of Longhua District (Annex 5).
(6) Announcing the list of new students (Primary One/Junior One: July 26th): Each enrollment school announces the list of new students.
(VII) Freshmen Registration (Primary One/Junior One: July 27th-July 28th): All primary and secondary schools will accept freshmen registration before July 28th, and the school will arrange freshmen registration within the specified time.
