Johann friedrich herbart (1766 ~ 184 1) was a German educator in the 9th century. My father is a local judge, and my mother is also smart and educated. General Pedagogy is Herbart's early work, which is regarded as the first pedagogy work with scientific system in the history of western education.
Herbart pointed out that the two theoretical foundations of the educational theoretical system are ethics and psychology. As a science, pedagogy is based on practical philosophy and psychology.
