The mayor's office of Longyan Municipal People's Government made an important decision on the location and land use of Longyan Experimental Middle School, and outlined a grand blueprint for modernization. The campus is located in Longteng Road (on the right side of Zhang Long Expressway entrance), covering an area of 150 mu, with an initial investment of 75 million yuan. At present, the school has not only obtained the school license issued by Longyan Education Bureau and the approval of Longyan Development and Reform Commission, but also obtained the construction land planning license and land planning red line map issued by Longyan Planning Bureau, passed the land pre-examination of Longyan Land and Resources Bureau, handled the entrustment of surveying and mapping, land acquisition and demolition, and conducted expert argumentation on campus environmental assessment, planning, design and scheme. The preparatory work is being carried out rapidly, and we will strive to turn it into a digital school with "information superhighway" reaching every classroom and office within 2-3 years.

With the approval of Longyan Education Bureau, Longyan Experimental Middle School (to be established) rented idle school buildings in Longyan Children's Palace in the autumn of 2006, and began to recruit students for xinluo district and counties under the jurisdiction of the city (accommodation can be solved by itself). The school-level leader of Longyan No.1 Middle School concurrently serves as the executive principal and is an expert in running schools; With the former Heping Branch of Longyan No.1 Middle School as the teaching backbone, the teaching team takes the lead.
