Zhang Hui, female, born in February, 1964 1964, professor, postgraduate tutor. 1987 graduated from philosophy department of Liaoning university with a bachelor's degree, 1993 graduated from philosophy department of Liaoning university with a master's degree. 1987, engaged in political theory teaching in Liaoning medical college, 1996 served as deputy director of ideological and political teaching and research section, 1998 served as deputy director of social science department, and 200/kloc-0 served as vice president of teaching in humanities college, and was promoted to professor in 2003. In 2007, he served as secretary of the Party branch of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, and is currently the director of the Ideological and Political Theory Teaching and Research Section. In August, 2003, he was selected into the training program of young and middle-aged social science theoretical talents in Liaoning Province in the new century. In 2006, he was rated as an excellent teacher of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province, and won the honorary title of young and middle-aged backbone teacher of ideological and political education in Liaoning Province.
