Adult higher education in Nanjing University consists of four forms: adult education, distance education, self-study examination and continuing education, with undergraduate as the main part. Among them, adult education (including self-taught examination) has graduated more than 10,000 students 1 1 10,000, and there are more than 9,000 correspondence, part-time and full-time students. Jiangsu, Anhui, Yunnan, Xinjiang, Hainan and other provinces have 14 correspondence stations. Distance education offers five undergraduate majors with nearly 2000 students; I took the self-taught examination in 45 majors in Jiangsu Province, and graduated more than 82,000 candidates. Continuing education is carried out through various cadre training classes and advanced seminars every year. In addition, we also actively carry out overseas cooperation in running schools. Nanjing University has trained a large number of talents for local economic development by holding various kinds of adult higher education.
