5. Then after completing the above steps, enter the ID number and verification code, and click the Next button, as shown in the figure below.

6. Finally, after completing the above steps, if the ID number is verified correctly, display the user name corresponding to the ID number, enter a new password, and click the reset button, as shown in the figure below. In this way, the problem is solved.
