Reflections on the Education and Teaching of Preschool Teachers (I)
Time flies and a semester has passed. Our class is a brand-new combination. But everyone can quickly integrate into this new big family, discuss and play games together, and cooperate with each other to complete all kinds of class work. This is not, in the blink of an eye, winter has come and the New Year has arrived. At the end of a busy year, what have you paid and gained? Let's carefully review the work of a semester!
First, seriously reflect and constantly learn to improve their own quality.
Only by continuous learning through various channels can we improve our sense of responsibility for the party's education loyalty and improve our own quality and teaching skills. In this semester, I took an active part in all kinds of current affairs and political studies, insisted on integrating theory with practice, started from me and started from the small things around me, guided my children with correct concepts and ensured teaching. In this semester, we should give full play to our cohesion, set an example, be brave in dedication, be diligent, do well and check all the work of the class, whether on duty or not. Only in this way can other teachers devote themselves to their work, never care about personal gains and losses in their work, give full play to the team spirit of "you have me and I have you", and Qi Xin will work together to do a good job in class. When paying attention to the daily affairs of the class, we should really work purposefully, act in an organized way and implement it in a planned way.
Second, be brave in reform and enrich the form of classroom content.
I have carried out a variety of regional activities in combination with the theme courses, striving to achieve the combination of "static" and "dynamic". In order to create a beautiful and tidy activity environment for children, we make full use of the limited space in the classroom, design the best corner position, search for information, and work together to set up a book corner, a puzzle area, a small hand, a performance area, a building area, a doll's house, a small hospital and so on. In the activity room, a small supermarket was set up in an outdoor corner. In each area, we decorate and display our works with waste shoe boxes. Combined with the seasonal characteristics, we carried out manual activities such as "sticking seeds" and decorating wine bottles, which were deeply loved by children, and improved their hands-on ability while feeling happy. It is worth mentioning that the children in our class are very interested in origami activities under the guidance of the teacher. After eating well, you can often see a group of children get together to study origami, and some are scrambling to fold their own planes. Many children's hands-on ability has been greatly improved, their small hands have become skilled and their patience has been exercised. There are fewer children running around in the classroom.
Third, strengthen routine construction and cultivate children's good behavior habits.
As the saying goes: "No rules, no Fiona Fang." Good work and rest can make children's life have a reasonable rhythm, and the nervous system can be beneficially regulated. I further cultivate children's self-service ability and lay a good foundation for their life and study, but the routine is not at the expense of children's personality and happiness. Some children in my class are active and naughty. Our two teachers are neck and neck, working together and paying attention to education, so that children can gradually help each other and care about the collective. There are few noisy children, but many children love to work.
Children's sense of independence has increased, and their desire and demand for self-service have become stronger and stronger. We grasp the children's psychological characteristics and implement the "group leader rotation system", so that the children who are the group leaders are responsible for cleaning the table, handing out crayons and counting the number of people ... Seize these small opportunities, which not only cultivates their ability to serve their peers, but also urges them to be self-disciplined, imperceptibly cultivating children's good behavior habits, thus promoting the improvement of the whole class spirit.
Fourth, the existing shortcomings and future work direction
This semester, the attendance rate of children in our class is good, their oral expression ability has made great progress, and their self-care ability is also constantly improving. While seeing the results, we also noticed our own shortcomings. For example, sometimes we came back late from overtime outdoor activities, and we were in a hurry to dress our children, so as not to let them find that they were wearing a piece of clothing, and their shoes were on backwards. The speed of children's eating needs to be further improved. We have made a serious summary of this in order to carry out our work better in the future. Say goodbye to the old and welcome the new. In the new semester, we will work harder and strive to do our work better and make greater progress!
Reflections on Kindergarten Teachers' Education and Teaching (Part Two)
Almost everyone is sighing, why time flies so fast! In the busy, half a semester passed. Looking back on the work and life during this period, it is really ups and downs. Looking at the growing children, I find a sense of pride in them. This half-term kindergarten life has made children learn a lot and made great progress in all aspects. I will sort out my thoughts and sum up my work during this period in order to better improve my work level.
Some people say that kindergarten teachers should have "three hearts": love, childlike innocence and carefulness. I also conscientiously achieve this "three hearts" in my usual work, caring for every child with love, accompanying them with childlike innocence, and paying attention to the growth and changes of every child with care. I think having a love is the foundation of everything. Kindergarten is a world for children, and we live in this colorful world for children. I will use my love to moisten the slender seedlings and cultivate them to grow up healthily and happily. In addition to love, we should have enough teaching ability, rich experience and certain art of education and teaching. I take every teaching activity seriously. In order to attract children's attention and make them accept what teachers teach better, faster and happier, I have been trying, exploring and innovating. In order to make every child grow well, learn well and play well, and everyone's ability can be improved on the original basis, I made various plans such as class plan, monthly plan and weekly plan according to the actual situation of the class and taking the Outline as the criterion. During the day's activities, not only will games run through the teaching of all subjects, but also positive encouragement and other methods will be actively used to make every child in the class study and live happily in a warm and happy environment.
In family interaction, I earnestly do the work of every parent. Because I know that preschool education is not only kindergarten education, but also needs the support and help of parents. So I often use parents' garden, children's pick-up time, school newsletter, kindergarten website and so on. Timely feedback to parents about their children's study and life in the park, and timely publicize scientific parenting knowledge to parents. At the same time, when children encounter any problems in kindergarten, they always get in touch with their parents at the first time and let the family educate together.
In business study, I carefully study my colleagues' experiences and take notes carefully, and think carefully in my spare time after the activity. On weekends, I will read some preschool magazines, such as Early Education and Early Education. Look up relevant preschool education materials on the Internet, borrow all kinds of books and audio-visual materials useful for education and teaching to watch and learn. At the same time, I also actively participate in various activities organized by the park.
I learned a lot this half term. But this is far from enough, especially in the design of teaching activities, and further efforts are needed. Although I don't have any impressive achievements, the progress of every child makes me feel gratified and gives me motivation. I will learn from others' strengths in my work, make up for my own shortcomings, and strive to do my work better.
Reflections on Kindergarten Teachers' Education and Teaching (Ⅲ)
There is a saying that "practice+reflection = growth", which shows the importance of positive reflection behavior to teachers' professional growth. All along, we also attach great importance to asking teachers to reflect on their teaching activities. Teachers also follow the rules, and many activities are accompanied by reflection. However, can these words, which consume a lot of pen and ink, promote the growth of teachers? I think the answer lies in everyone's heart. If it is conscious reflection, there will be some gains more or less. If it is to cope with the task, it may be useless words and nothing valuable to think about.
After the evaluation, several young teachers were very active, made detailed reflections on their activities and sent them to me. I am very happy, but given their relative lack of teaching experience, what should they reflect on specifically? How to reflect is still vague. I collected and sorted out some experiences of online peers, hoping to inspire and understand young teachers. At the same time, I suggest you read more professional books in your spare time, where there will definitely be better answers.
In the final analysis, teaching reflection is a kind of self-awareness, thinking habit and critical spirit of teachers. Sometimes, experiential reflection is a tacit knowledge of teachers. People who are used to rational thinking will always analyze their behavior consciously or unconsciously, so as to regulate themselves. From what angles should preschool teachers reflect and how to guide teachers to write teaching reflections? I want to say some immature ideas for reference only.
First, tell the truth-write it and lose it.
After a class, the teachers are familiar with the teaching situation to varying degrees, and the teaching effect either exceeds their expectations or is not satisfactory. Organizing teaching activities can make the classroom atmosphere more active than ever because of the teacher's interesting beginning; It can greatly increase the interest of the story because of a teacher's eyes and a gesture; Can get unexpected results because of a new teaching method; Or because of talking more and sitting more, the child is slow; It will also take a detour because of the negligence of one link. Furthermore, "cause" and "effect" are interactive. Regardless of success or failure, teachers should tell the truth and record it, so as to be more considerate, operate more freely and take fewer detours in future work. For example, if a child's question is difficult for the teacher to answer at the moment, the teacher should record it after class, look for information later, and then supplement the answer.
Reflection Case: Scientific Activities-Disassembling and Assembling Ballpoint Pen
In this activity, I didn't notice the difference of children's experience, so some children easily completed the whole process and seemed to have done nothing. I should prepare some complicated pens in advance. Once the above situation occurs, I can create a space for these children to explore further. In addition, when inviting individual children to demonstrate for everyone, although the physical projector is used, the effect is still not ideal. Children still can't see some small and key steps clearly. You can use group learning to let each group of children demonstrate in the group, which not only solves the problem, strengthens mutual learning among children, but also brings confidence to these children. Also, after disassembling the pen, we should guide the children to deepen their understanding of various parts, especially the role of the spring in the ballpoint pen.
Second, timely feedback-writing teachers and students
The teaching process is a process of dialogue and interaction between teachers and students. Teachers' emotions, teachers' gestures, teachers' understanding of children, textbooks and teaching methods, learning methods and the use of teaching AIDS all directly affect children, and affect the classroom atmosphere and the quality of activities. On the contrary, children's attention, participation, fatigue, personality characteristics and experience differences will also react on teachers. Both of them coexist and interact with each other, which affects the teaching effect. Therefore, teachers should give timely feedback after organizing activities, and dialectically analyze the two-way performance of teachers and students and the quality of activities, so as to help teachers grasp the situation of "teachers" and "students" more comprehensively in preparing lessons and attending lectures in the future. If the effect of open class is not good, teachers often say "these children don't cooperate well", so it is necessary to reflect on teachers. Do you know anything about this child, his experience in learning related content and his recent development fields? Are you wishful thinking or can you take care of your child's unique thoughts and feelings during the activity? Can your questioning language make your child understand your requirements and meaning? Teachers should learn to find reasons and countermeasures from themselves.
Reflection Case: Theme Activity-Where is Spring?
In the theme activity "Where is spring?" It is found that children have a certain understanding and rich experience in spring, involving weather, plants, animals, human activities and so on. How many children can describe the beauty of spring in beautiful language? When asked what is a bud? What is hibernation? It is difficult for children to answer. Therefore, how to help children enrich their experience according to their current level, and how to give full play to their greatest initiative and creativity in seeking spring? Theme "Where is Spring?" It's complicated and there are many clues. If we follow a clue, it may be too biased, which is not conducive to the acquisition and accumulation of children's overall experience, and it is easy to fall into the traditional education model. Based on the analysis and thinking of the children in this class, I want to know whether it is bold to meet the needs of different children in groups. Several clues can not only speed up the inquiry process, but also complement each other, so that children can share their experiences with their peers. After careful consideration, I decided to make such an attempt.
Third, comprehensive analysis-writing, teaching and learning
Teaching reflection should be an extension of lectures, which complement each other and form a complete basic procedure of "lecture-preparing lessons-attending lectures-writing teaching reflection". After a class, teachers should make a comprehensive analysis from two aspects: teaching and learning. How interested and accepted are children in these contents? How is the teaching method applied? Is the child's initiative brought into play? What is the validity of the question? Are the question-and-answer methods and children's learning methods effective? What is the interaction between environment and materials? Does the child have any difficulty in learning? What did the child learn? Did you achieve the expected goal? A theme has been going on for some time. After it is over, teachers should also make a comprehensive analysis: Can the preset requirements of the overall goal of the theme be completed through these activities? Which specific activities are more in line with children's interests and experiences, and the response is good; What content does the child lack interest and stay away from life experience, and the effect is not satisfactory? How is the theme expansion organically generated in the preset? How can teachers follow up and observe children, encourage children to explore independently and express themselves in various ways? Furthermore, we can further think about how to balance the fields under the theme background ... Teachers should make a comparative analysis of the actual teaching situation, find out the key to the problem, comprehensively record the factors that affect teaching and learning, and enrich their teaching experience over time.
Reflection case: artistic activity-making flowers.
This activity comes from the generative theme of our class "We like to play trampoline". Guide children from the spring of trampoline to observing the elastic things in life. During the experiment, the child learned that the spring is made of lead wire and is an inelastic thing. We encourage children in large classes to pull flowers: we try our best to turn inelastic paper into elastic things, so that children can further perceive elasticity, understand the transformation and change relationship between things, and understand the essence and characteristics of things.
This seems to be a small flower arrangement activity, but it contains many knowledge difficulties. For example, mathematical concepts: folding into a triangle, parallel concepts, several layers, equivalence, where to cut in, ... aesthetic feeling: thickness, width, symmetry, color ... when guiding children to learn, they must wait, and adults must learn to wait! Because every child has unlimited potential and has his own creation and imagination. If adults want to use teaching methods from the beginning, it may limit children's thinking space, so they should give children the opportunity and time to think and explore, so that children can accumulate experience in repeated attempts, learn to actively explore and do things seriously. In this series of activities, I told myself that I would take a step back and try my best to suppress the idea of teaching my children the day before. Facts have proved that what I did was right.
Fourth, find the key-writing characteristics
Years of teaching experience tells us that it is not easy to have a good class, let alone cover everything. If a class has its own characteristics, highlights and good practices worth learning from, it must be recognized as a success. For example, there is a male teacher in a kindergarten in our city. The props he used to go to physical education class were very simple. He is good at creating interesting games and learning situations with simple materials, such as using a long rope to make a circle into a "pond", so that children can learn the process of tadpoles turning into frogs in the pond, and then turn the long rope into a "river", so that frogs can choose different distances to jump into the river. Some teachers pay special attention to the generation and utilization of dynamic resources in activities; Some teachers have unique methods for cooperative learning or group activities ... In teaching reflection, you can write down these highlights briefly and write down the characteristics of the activities, so that you can use teaching methods selectively and design teaching procedures in the future, so as to achieve one characteristic in each class and one characteristic in each class. Over time, it is conducive to the formation of a teacher's personalized teaching characteristics.
Reflection Case: Scientific Activities-Oranges and Grapefruits
In this activity, we fully mobilize the children's various senses, find the difference between oranges and grapefruit by touching, seeing, smelling and tasting, and let the children take notes. Children have their own development speed and unique way of understanding and thinking. Teachers should stand in children's perspective to understand their "reasonable and unexpected" ideas. For example, during the activity, Yang Kai and Ju Tingbo thought of drawing cotton-padded jackets and skirts to record the thickness of grapefruit peel and the thinness of orange peel respectively. To my great surprise, Yuan Qi's children, who have always been shy, can take the lead in asking him to take notes himself. Judging from children's performance in activities, children's ability is not as weak as we thought, but there is still great potential to be tapped. This requires our teachers to believe that children can do it and give them more time and space to explore freely.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) captures inspiration-daydreaming
There is often a feeling that the content that is not involved in the class, due to actual needs or random generation, has produced unexpected effects and brought vitality to the activities. Some open questions in the classroom can open the doors and windows of children's imagination and show the sparks of wisdom. Some childish anecdotes, humorous questions and answers, exploratory discoveries, competitive games, demonstrative performances or random questions can expand children's thinking space, help children transfer experience and further enrich learning content. For example, when teachers organize activities with the theme of "sound" for children in large classes, it is extremely useful for children to tell the sounds they often hear in nature and life and distinguish which ones are good and which ones are bad. When some children say that the sound of decorating a house is ugly, some children argue that "the sound is ugly when decorating, but living in a new house is very comfortable." We sometimes have to put up with this unpleasant sound. " Teachers capture this dynamic and generative resource in time, write it down in the reflection book after class, and then carry out the health education activity of "Let's have a good mood" to help children adjust negative emotions, cultivate positive emotions and give play to the educational essence of teaching. Sometimes, we should also write down the events that lead to complications in activities to learn lessons.
Reflection Case: Music Activity-Little Leaves
The new song "Little Leaves" has a difficulty: "I will come back next spring and dress up as a tree mother." How to help children understand this lyric? Small leaves fall into fertilizer, the mother leaves absorb nutrients from it, and new leaves will grow next spring ... What abstract knowledge this is, and children's thinking is concrete, so how can we help children understand this lyric and let them sing with emotion? I decided to take my children to play a scientific experiment, bury the fallen leaves under the tree, and then observe the rotten leaves after a stage to understand the fertilizer and the lyrics of dressing up the mother tree. I believe that children will be affectionate when they sing this song on the basis of understanding.
Sixth, deep reflection-writing suggestions
At the end of each class, after organizing activities, teachers should calm down and think about the gains and losses of this class, the provision of learning materials, the support of activity environment, the ways and means of organization, the grasp of teaching priorities, the analysis of difficulties, whether there are new growth points or legacy points, and write "suggestions for revision" according to their own teaching experience and feedback from children. They can also question the content of the textbook or make suggestions for revision, or they can focus on it.
Reflection case: scientific activity-blowing bubbles
When organizing children's "learning by doing" and "blowing bubbles" activities, the teacher first asked: What did you find when you played the bubble blowing game just now? Children generally pay more attention to the shape, size and number of bubbles. At this time, the teacher specially asked the children: What shape of bubble device are you blowing? Find the color of the bubble. So children have different views. Since the bubble itself is a colorless film, it is colored because it breaks down light. Soap bubbles have a front side and a back side, and light will be reflected on both sides of the soap film. On soap films with different thicknesses, some light will be enhanced, while others will be weakened or even disappeared. ) Because children look at different angles, they see different colors. In addition, some children slowly blew bubbles in the game, so they found that due to insufficient air flow, a closed sphere had not been synthesized under the surface tension of the liquid, and the bubbles at that time were oval.
In this activity, it is necessary to cultivate children's questioning spirit, ask questions and carry out experimental verification. And encourage young children to dare to speak different views from others. As the organizer and guide of activities, teachers should first master scientific and correct principles and avoid making one-sided or even wrong evaluations of children's performance in activities, which will lead to misleading. Secondly, teachers should abandon the traditional concept of teacher's dignity and create a relaxed situation, which is the premise for children to dare to ask questions and express their opinions in activities. At the same time, teachers should also pay attention to children's observation in activities, consciously ask some questions that can make children have different ideas, and ask more similar questions: Who has different ideas? Who else wants to express their opinions? Encouraging and guiding children's positive thinking is the key to cultivate children's questioning ability.
In short, reflection emphasizes that teachers learn from their own experience, encourages teachers to dare to pick their own "thorns", be "hard" on themselves, and actively clarify and question their long-standing teaching concepts and beliefs; Reflection is a process of inquiry. "Practical reflection combines experience with theoretical or philosophical inquiry", which is endless. Rethinkers firmly believe that teaching is only better, not the best. Writing teaching reflection can link the past with the future, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and tap teachers' personality wisdom. We are used to learning from books and other things. Sometimes you might as well cherish yourself and extract something valuable from your own experience. Writing a little reflection on teaching, talking to the soul and doing a project, one's own experience is a valuable educational resource for teachers to obtain professional development. Learning to learn from our own experience, as long as we persist for a long time, will certainly gradually raise our teaching level to a new level.
