Counties (cities, districts) shall, in accordance with the principle of coordinated development of general vocational education, and according to the layout, school conditions, school scale and the distribution of junior high school graduates in the region, approve the enrollment plan for ordinary high schools, with no more than 55 students in each school class in the initial grade. Conditional schools should gradually control the standard class size of 50 students.
Approved by the Municipal Education Bureau, it is determined that 28 ordinary high schools in the city will enroll 279 15 students in 2023. See the enrollment plan for the specific enrollment situation of each school (Annex 2). This plan is the only basis for enrollment and student registration in ordinary high schools, and must be strictly implemented.
High schools that recruit art and sports students separately shall list the number of students enrolled separately in the enrollment plan and set up a separate volunteer code. If a senior high school organizes a professional test, the professional test scores of special students in ordinary senior high schools (Annex 3) should be sorted from high to low before June 30.
The paper version is in duplicate, stamped with the official seal of the school, and the electronic version is submitted to the Municipal Education Examinations Institute and the Basic Education Section. Admission is based on the minimum control score of the senior high school entrance examination and professional test scores until the planned number of people is full. If senior high schools do not organize professional tests separately, they will be admitted in turn according to the candidates' wishes and the results of the senior high school entrance examination until the planned number of students is full, and the professional tests will be conducted after they report to the school.
According to the spirit of provincial documents, high schools can have no more than 5% independent enrollment plans. Self-enrollment is organized by senior high schools and implemented in strict accordance with the plan. Before June 30, the independent enrollment work plan will be reported to the Basic Education Department of the Municipal Education Bureau for review and filing.
