In the spirit of "all for children", in accordance with the requirements of strengthening professional ethics, mastering educational laws, expanding subject knowledge, strengthening professional skills and improving the level of education and teaching, and at the same time constantly improving their own teaching professional level and spiritual pursuit, combined with the actual situation of students in our class and the local education and teaching reality, we have formulated the work plan for this semester:

First, the analysis of students' situation

There are 98 students in my two classes, including 43 girls and 45 boys. After two and a half years of study, the children have basically adapted to school life. Most students are civilized and polite, and have initially developed good living habits and study habits. In normal study, they can abide by the rules of classroom study and study actively; There are some preliminary life knowledge and basic moral norms in life, so you can study and live safely and healthily. But there are also a few students who are naughty and have poor self-control ability. They can't restrain themselves well in class and group activities, and even some children imitate bad words and deeds in society. In teaching, we should adjust the teaching according to the current situation of students, teach in different ways and encourage all children to study hard.

Second, teaching material analysis

The textbook of the second volume of the third grade is arranged in units, each unit reflects an aspect of life, highlights a distinct educational theme, and expresses the editor's clear design intention and the educational content required by the curriculum standards. There are text topics under the unit theme, and each text topic has a topic to guide students to study and discuss. Here are some small topics. The content of each class strives to break the boundaries of disciplines, integrate the contents of various disciplines and reflect the characteristics of comprehensive courses. The text content covered by each unit is a complete set of experience and a set of meaningful learning activities. Each lesson in the unit tries to show the educational goal of the unit theme from different angles. There are four unit themes in the second volume of Grade Three, which are "Me and my companions", "I grew up here", "Our public life" and "all kinds of traffic and communication". These four themes integrate materials from different life fields into themes and activities based on children's lives, and organically integrate moral education with students' social development.

Third, the teaching objectives

1. Based on school life, family life and community life, let students have a preliminary understanding of family, school and community through their understanding of life and establish the most basic social morality consciousness.

2. Based on students' life experience, promote students' concern for society and people.

3. There is no rational preaching in textbooks, but a true presentation of children's lives. They all start from some common phenomena in children's lives, causing children to think and pay attention to life.

4. Cultivate students' moral judgment ability, what to learn and what not to learn in the face of various phenomena in life.
