Changchun Education Examinations Institute, established in 2022, is a fully funded institution and public welfare institution directly under the deputy bureau level of Changchun Education Bureau. Changchun Personnel Education Examination Center is a directly affiliated institution of Changchun Personnel Bureau. Document approval of Changchun Municipal Organization Establishment Committee.
